This is a telegram sent to the international community to inform you of the past events leading up till now. ( I just got back to this game so here is a sum up of back then and the beginning of now )

3 years ago the Terra Novian Atlantis consisted of an alliance of smaller autonomous regions. Some might have called it an Federation back then but they in no way shared any influence and was only bound by military treaties. Life in TNA was considered good, however the alliance itself consisted mostly of several corporations running day to day business. This young nation was ruled quite ruthlessly with profits being more important than human lives and thus a lot of people perished. Protests were easily crushed with bribes and false promises and people were occupied and controlled by the efficient media. At the end of the day the consuming machine worked great and citizens although lacking civil rights and political freedom had more than what they needed. This imgainary bubble that the alliance induced on its citizens was effective and the citizens didn't see the warning bells as people started to "disappear" if they didn't meet their quota at the factories.

However it all changed when a group of people started to question the alliance and this group became soon notorious for its sabotage of factories. Little did the corporations know but the group slowly but surely gathered evidence on the covered up "genocide". One day the group had collected enough evidence to show it to the public, but how would they get it out to the public?

The answer was one of the darest coups in the history of TNA. During the annual prime time game's show shown at all networks, showing various games of barbaric levels, the group broke into the broadcasting network with force killing all employees and hijacking the network. What ensued was a 20min long movie showing the evidence of the horrors that the alliance was causing. The group somehow managed to escape the Alliance Authority and quickly disappeared to build a Resistance. The follow day around 700 million people went out on the street and burnt now all corporations and their executives. It was a truly bloody day. This continued for weeks and the persecution of the alliance was relentless. At the same time the group had gathered the resistance. They were simply known as the "Volks Armee" and had been taught by this group nationalism and autocracy. Their one sole goal was to unite the fragments of the alliance and install itself a new government. But it wasn't as easy as they thought....

Volks Armee's Headquarters

A tall gentleman wearing a grey uniform with an iron cross on his left shoulder stood infront of a small gathering of volunteers. These men looked rugged after the weeks of struggling across the country.

"My name is Hanz Schumeister and I am the Commanding Officer of the Volks Armee Gruppe Ost or VAGO. You have been gathered here today on your own free will. I assume most of you read our newspaper and found the recruitment ad." The men started talking in between themselves. Hanz raised his hand in the air and the men went silent.

"As of today you are incorporated into the Volks Armee and your training will begin soon. You will be to pioneers of our new combat unit that shall battle the Alliance in the East." Hanz said proudly

"For the new Reich!" He said proudly and dismissed the soldiers.

[Sarxland]

The Sarxland Council of Nobles has read the reports, in collaboration with the Crown Princess it has been decided that Sarxland will offer support to the new reich, including sending over several veteran Special Forces soldiers known as Fryrdguard to help train the Reichs armed forces. Included in the support will be discounted prices on the modern Sarxland arms market as well as humanitarian aid to help kickstart the reichs economy and experts in various fields such as engineering to help improve the Reichs infrastructure.
Most of this deal will require the Reich to pay Sarxland back at a later date but the price has been discounted and does not need to be paid within the next decade if that suits the Reich.
Sarxland armed forces are also just one call away if the Reich requires any aid against foreign aggression.

Reconnaissance Marketia (Kaiserstadt)

Hanz Schumeister stood in the outskirts of Marketia observing the movements of Alliance forces. The past few days had been heavy for the Reich. It was not expected from the Volks Armee that the Alliance Forces had the strength and capacity to make major offenses. Now in the aftermath the Northern Volks Armee Gruppe is in shambles and the Volks Armee Gruppe Ost is now redeployed. The Alliance still held a lot of resources and was very well prepared. The Volks Armee still was lacking the necessary experience and weapons. The Volks Armee was equipped mostly with G76 MBRs but lacked the optics to make them truly efficient and the Alliance forces took advantage of this by drawing out the VK into long range firefights. Most of the VK was also young people and wasn't used to war or the harsh realities that comes with it. Luckily a few days ago a group of special forces arrived from Sarxland to the VAGO and has since helped training the men. Yet they were still lacking basic supplies such as water,food and shelter. There were rumours of foreign ships with food meant for the Reich but Hanz had not heard more of it since the briefing at VAGO HQ.

Hanz suddenly froze, what he saw was his worst fears come true. The "Panzerfaust" Regiment of Leopard 2A6M tanks was stationed in Markatia. The legendary tank regiment that held off a tank force 5 times its size in during the Alliance Civil War 13 years ago. Hanz had reasons to be afraid. Mostly because the Leopard 2A6M was near impenetrable by RPGs and SABOTS due to its Armor,ERA and ADS (Active Defense System) and the VK and VAGO in general lacked AT capabilties. In a total the VK only fielded 214 M72 LAW and 3 Leopard 2A6M and 5 MAAWS. With the LAWs being a single cartridge making them very dear to the VK. But these weapons were no match the Leopard 2A6M and the VAGO did not have any of the 3 Leopards. They were reserved for the defense of the temporary capital of the Reich. Hanz was now faced with an Dilemma. Outgunned and outmatched by the Alliance Forces he had to come up with a battle plan that would go down in the history of the Reich as probably a Phyrric Victory,if not defeat.

[Proctor (Ancient)]

The King sat on his throne, leaning back as if he had no care in the world. Though, he was disturbed when one of his Royal Advisers walked in without any formal announcement or previous planning. To do so to the King of Proctor usually meant death, but the King would overlook that fact, unless what the adviser had to say would not be important at all. He flattened his hair, and stood,"Darius! Why would you address me without asking for permission prior to arriving." The man the King happened to be addressing, Darius Wintervale, Lord Protector of the Kings Household responded while bowing ,"Your Most August Majesty, I in no way intend to compromise the Royal Decrees set forth by your father and his before that. I am only a loyal subject who in his haste forgot the proper avenues concerning on how to address his majesty."

The King, satisfied with the answer responded,"You may go on, for your life depends on your very words." Darius nodded, fully aware of what he had done, again bowing before speaking,"Your Most August Majesty I have found that in certain locations in this world. The people have found enough unholy courage to rise up to their Emperor in hopes of establishing a more "democratic" government. As silly as this sounds, Your Highness I would like to motion that we restrict this news from getting to the public. At least until the Parliament elections are over. That way the communists do not get any funny ideas from the foolish ones before them."

The King sat, stroking his bear meditating on the words of the highly respected Lord Protector. It was only when he stood that the Lord Protector again bowed again, in hopes of not angering the King. The King then said,"I will allow it. Let the media know that the King will refuse any news of this rebellion to get out." The Lord Protector giddy with excitement responded," I already have the order right here Your Most August Highness, all I need is the your Royal Seal to be stamped on the papers and they will be faxed out all over the Commonwealth!" The King nodded, and as the Lord Protector left the King again took his seat on the throne and resumed his almost trance-like state. The Kings name was Daniel IV

Hanz had after 3 days no strategy to neutralize the tanks and he was running out of time. Hanz was increasingly frustrated over the situation when he got a flash of brilliance but as soon as the thought popped up his enthusiasm disappeared. The idea was to raid a nearby Alliance weapons depot But the idea had its flaws. First of all was the depot situated 15km into enemy territory, Secondly it was guarded by IFVs and special forces and the Reich did not have the weapons,experience or material and thirdly it may not house any AT weapons at all. Hanz went to the Sarxland SF for their expertise.

A number of men arrived by plane within Reich territory bearing the tattoo's of the Sarxland Dre Had guard. They carried bulky gear in huge duffle bags and each of them had the look of seasoned soldiers. Accompanying them were the Fryrdguard, the regiment tasked with protecting the royal family and their interests. More would come, but right now Sarxland had sent what was needed.
They were brought before Hanz and the situation had been explained, many of them seemed to understand this type of situation at a level which only came from past experiances on similar raids.
Among the Dre Had guard cwho pledged to succeed in the raid was a man named Captain Stout, a veteran of multiple operations.
He took Hanz aside afterwards to speak with him.

"This mission is not impossible, trust me, we've fought operatives ten times these childrens better and more, but it is not a walk in the park. If we are to succeed we will require maps and details of everything near to the objective so we can make best use of the terrain, aside from that I have a more private offer. I can see you are in need of some manpower which has experiance, as such here's a card," Stout handed Hanz what appeared to be a buisness card, "the Mercenary company North Iron is of Sarxland origin and are currently uninvolved overseas, as such they are open for buisness within this conflict. The government will in time send more forces to help bolster your forces, but right now it will be down to what you can currently muster, the Fryrdguard will train your men well but there cannot be more than two hundred of them on route to aid train your men, their goal is to guard the royal family, as my fellow knights is to the city of Dre Had. As such it would be prudent to hire these men and women, they are battle hardened and with a nations treasury you can potentially field the whole company, a veritable army in its own right. If you incorporate them into your own forces they can turn your new recruits into well trained soldiers within months. I mean all of them too."
