An Invitation to Nations

To: All nations this concerns,

Hello. I am John Seacrest, president of Smoya. I would like to tell you I am hosting a dinner party at my house, The Smoyan. Any leader may come. This dinner party is just for nation leaders to meet each other, relax, and chat. We will have music, a nice dinner, and visit Smoya and places I would like to show you. We have made a hotel for any leader that would like to stay the night by the my house if they wanted to do something in the morning. I hope to see some people there, but there are some rules. Here they are:

You can come, but you must NOT be at war with Smoya or if you are an enemy of Smoya.

Any nation that despises Smoya is not allowed.

You may bring up to 15 guards.

To make sure everyone feels safe, everyone must take an oath to swear not to harm anyone at the party.

You may bring your husband or wife, or even children.

This is not to start a war, just a friendly meeting.

You may leave at any time.

You don't have to be a king or president or emperor or anything else to come.

Hope to see you at the dinner party!


PS. It is tomorrow at 7 pm Smoyan time, but you may come earlier.

John was delighted to hear this, as this king would be the first foreign ruler to visit Donden, the capital of Smoya. He got a dinner table set ready and was very excited. The Karthalia flag was placed next to the hotel, saying that their leader was visiting.

Presidential Palace - 1 hour after receiving invitation

"We have received your invitation, and me and my family are leaving the capital of Spartanopolis to attend your party. We are bringing 3 guards to make sure the party goes as planned. Our 5 year old daughter Melissa will also attend."

1 hour after sending a reply to the invitation, President Manson and his family boards their Boeing 787-800 and leaves Sparta International Airport for the capital of Smoya to attend the party. Within minutes the President's private jet is in the air and on route, which will take 7 hours of flying time.

Jim Jones, Commander in Chief of the Transitional Government of Kolab, gladly accepts your invitation to the dinner party. As our nation builds a new permanent government to recover from the bloody civil war that lead to our birth, we hope to meet many nations that we can come into close relations with.

Upon hearing this announcement, Jones scheduled to board a C-19 Transport escorted by two F-16 jets from the United Air Force of Kolab. He will land with his wife Rachel as well as 8 agents from the Imperial Guard. Flight time is about 4 hours, so Jones will depart at 2 PM to allow an hour for transportation from the airport.

IC: The family of the Prime minister and boarded the Prime-Ministerial plane this afternoon, along with Foreign Secretary, assorted media and 15 secret service agents headed for Smoya. The prime minister said at a press conference earlier today that he was 'delighted to be visiting Smoya', and hopes that this will 'herald a new era in relations between both nations'

Yes, yes he does. Any nation may come unless someone is an enemy of Smoya. The dinner party will start soon, if anyone else wants to come.

The first class plane took off from Besen airport to the Capital of Smoya. On it was King Omar Galster, James Galster, Emilia Galster, and five supremacy soldiers in dark suits armed with 9 millimeter pistols. The plane would arrive in a few hours to Smoya.

4 pm, at the John Seacrest's house, The Smoyan

The table was being prepared. Tables were dusted, floors were clean, and everything was being cleaned. The bowling ally in the mansion was ready for a game, and some places in Smoya were being closed in case the visitors wanted to go somewhere in Smoya.

As the Plane made its way towards its destination and the list of attendees grew, The Prime minister wondered what would his fellow guests would be like, and what is there to do in smoya? he just hoped their national dish wasn't live porcupine like the last country he visited

[Kolab]

After making sure all legislation for the day was signed and leaving the senate to take care of a few more matters with his approval, Commander-In-Chief Jones, his wife, and the 8 Imperial Guards boarded the plane and it lifted off from the tarmac with its two escorts. He wonders how the other nations will behave at this party, and looks forward to seeing the sights.

The plane grew near the country of Smoya, and with it, the impatience of one of the guards. All the King worried about was Mist Island. Already had the territory caused so many problems, and the country he was visiting was bordering that territory. He only had one job here, and that was to make sure the 500,000 or so citizens there don't get killed in war.

[Cressageland]

The plane touched down at the airport, and the Cressageland delegation alighted from the plane into the helicopter waiting nearby. Having been satisfied that he would arrive in style, he headed for the Smoyan building.

The plane carrying Commander Jones, his wife, and escort lands at the host airport. They take a moment to survey the scene before they are very courteously escorted by a Smoyan welcoming party to their awaiting convoy, and begin the drive to the dinner party.

Queen Marina Ingle and King Consort Paul Frieden stepped off the plane. "My, we really must hurry," Marina exclaimed, smiling at her husband of 27 years. "The dinner starts in 20 minutes. We should take a cab to the hotel, freshen up, and head right over. We can be fashionably late," she said with a wink. Paul's eyes shined with love as he lifted her suitcase. Marina whistled loudly, hailing a taxi, and a cab pulled up. They loaded into the car, and told the driver where to go. "I'll call John and tell him we've arrived safely," Paul said, pulling out his cell phone. "Hello? This is Paul Frieden, King Consort of Insel des Mondes. I've called to tell you that my wife Marina and I have arrived at the airport. We are close to the hotel. We'll be right over."

[Smoya]

"Hello, Paul!" said John a welcoming tone. " You are on your way? That's great! We are glad to have you here. Thank you for telling, we will be awaiting your arrival." he said. Then he said, " Will you be staying the night at the hotel? Also, when you first arrive at my home, there will be guards there to make you and your guards say an oath to make sure none of you harm anyone, but I highly doubt you will. Thanks for coming and I'll be looking forward to see you there!"

[Smoya]

IC: it was ten minutes till the dinner started. John was very excited, and was waiting at his door with the guards to meet the leaders. "Ten more minutes!" thought John in his head.

Arls got into the PP-56 Private Jet with his guards and launched off the runway quickly and screeched through the air at high speeds. 5 N-65 Fighter Jets also were surrounding the Jet.

"Hello, Paul!" (clip) Then he said, " Will you be staying the night at the hotel? Also, when you first arrive at my home, there will be guards there to make you and your guards say an oath to make sure none of you harm anyone, but I highly doubt you will. Thanks for coming and I'll be looking forward to see you there!"

"We will be staying in the hotel tonight...an oath of pacifism? Okay, we can do that. Look forward to seeing you, too. Goodbye."
The taxi pulled into the hotel a few minutes later. They paid the driver, and a concierge carried their bags up to their room. After checking in, they took the elevator up to the 11th floor. They changed into their formal clothes; Paul wore a tuxedo with a red sash, and Marina wore her long, purple ceremonial gown.
"Paul? I'm already wearing the royal purple gown. Do I really need to wear the crown?"
"I think you should at least wear the tiara. It shows your position."
She put the small silver tiara on, and fastened a small aquamarine (a sacred gem in Insel des Mondes) around her neck.
"Oh, Ulpa, we're 10 minutes late already. We really should be going."
They went back down to the lobby, where the hotel called a taxi for them. They climbed in, and sat in silence for 15 minutes.

The plane carrying Irentians royal family landed in the capital. The guards on the plane got off first to make sure it was safe, then Omar and his family got off. They got into armored cars and started to head to the capital of Smoya.
