Though, again, I just think we should take a harder line towards populations. Nations the size of Numer but without it's rivers or terrain shouldn't have 30-50 million people, which is half of what 1300's Europe had.

I set the dwarfish pop at 35 million because it is one of the oldest kingdoms in the region, receives steady food shipments from such human nations like Numer in exchange for mineral/crafts, and I do not intend to ever move out with my entire force unless in the most dire need so my government/army is fragmented along clan/guild lines making any sort of unified action difficult to achieve.

His reign has seen the murder and massacre of nearly every elf in the Kingdom, with only a dozen or so left. I'm sure such a thing would have some effect on your kingdom, probably because said elves emigrated from you.

The old King was killed by a dwarf, albiet a mad one. You could try and aid Asurru to try and redeem the image of dwarves in the eyes of the people, or you can help Arach stay in power, claiming you killed the old King on purpose.

Very interesting. A sudden invasion of Syr's eastern neighbours might allow for some land to be grabbed itself, as it seems the two respective nations don't actually touch, and just have a large patch of empty land between them.

And what would your Lizardmen be doing?

The Great Hatching, which is a simultaneous hatching of all eggs in the Taazokaan at once, would double the population of the island. The people looking for new homes would inadvertently bring over invasive species and probably kill and eat any living thing that got in their way. For the sake of our meeting, you wouldn't end up with a horde of them, only a small party. Outnumbered, they'd probably be willing to carry out diplomacy on behalf of their city.

They won't all be gone, there will still be isolated tribes in Syr as well as the barbarian lands surrounding it.

Sorry my response from my ships took a bit. New years was great, but busy with real life. Hope everyone had a good time. Also I know Honor that you have made Ka "Evil" in your force declaration. Does this mean you want Ka to fall even if the Government should succeed? Or are you fine with the possibility that your nation, should the government win, become an "Evil" one by your definition. Either way, I'm not sure about the rest of everyone else, but at this point I think my forces would like another god to be on the playing field, if only to make the other ones more cautious, and kept in check. Also note that Bryce if one of the few people who knows full well of my god Udan's existence and what he is. His mind is therefore under Udan's protective influence, so his mind would be able to resist your magician should he try to penetrate it. His body, however, is just that of a physically impressive berserker type, but still only human.
