I'm open to talking out the territory disputes I just based my app off of those islands in particular so I may need to change it a bit depending on where I end up. As per the population that is a typo I meant to say 12 million (still kinda big but yolo).

If I change my claims to the Islands of Lost men in the bottom left corner would that help alleviate the territory clash? I also think it'd be pretty cool to have a "Warriors from beyond the horizon" thing going on.
