Thank you for you dedication and assistance. Upon their arrival, your graduates will be welcomed into Dalmatia with open arms. We are certain that many of our young people will be most eager to join your initiative in the post-conflict world. In the meantime, however, we are still struggling to retain our freedom and our newly reinstated Monarchy. The battle will be a tough one but in the end we are sure we will triumph. Once again, we thank you for everything you plan to give us and may God keep your humanitarians safe.

Airdrops will begin in 72 hours, make sure both sides know not to shoot at the parachutes. Same goes for the planes, they will be unarmed but very much armored just in case.

"I am here to oversee your use of our Tesla equipment, so that it is not used in oppressing or manipulating the innocent populace for governmential benefit. Contamenesia would like to see to it that peace is brought to this nation and is done so without corrupting the honors of which you have claimed to have built your nation upon." Once safely inside, John Rha nodded to his escorts and they turned back, returning to Contamenesia. "I am WELL aware of the dangers presented here, and, for safety reasons only, am armed myself. Note that Contamenesia bids you good will and victory in this turbulent time. Now, where shall i be staying?"

20 of Bulgislavia's most promising humanitarian talents recently arrived in The Constitutional Monarchy of Dalmatian Dubrovnik in agreement with the Government of Dalmatian Dubrovnik to set up at Marco Dajio Kasja Medical Center in Dubrovnik

The Bulgislavian's only had basic understanding of the language but carried around pocket dictionaries with them at all time and their learning of the language was ongoing

Upon landing in this new foreign land they immediately had a greet and meet with the relevant personalities in setting up a structure of humanitarian assistance in co-operation with local authorities as well as a briefing on pressing issues of humanitarian concern

Elena Danalova was one of the Bulgislavian humanitarian workers who had recently landed in Dalmatian Dubrovnik

Her initial impressions was that the nation was stunning, its architecture, its picturesque coastline and the people were so friendly and accommodating. She was eager to provide humanitarian assistance in any way possible with the local authorities able to direct any humanitarian efforts they saw fit, the Bulgislavian specialists were there to "be of service, obey and respect" their hosts

In terms of the national situation the Bulgislavian's knew only that it appeared the fighting had gone quiet (Or not really reported on) but RSIA reported that the "Legitimate government of Sergei Kruic's" was receiving external support from other nations apart from Bulgislavia and that with appropriate help and assistance the Bulgislavia's hoped that Dalmatian Dubrovnik could stabilize and become a prosperous nation

The Bulgislavian government back home was also interested in the possibility of organizing a state visit of Sergei Kruic to Bulgislavia with newly elected Supreme Representative Radu Suslov stating "We would be happy to receive President Kruic.... when the time is right for him of course"

(A noteworthy protocol of the Humanitarians is that they 'remain nuetral non combatants' in crisis zones and that if the insurgents were to capture and hold their location they would negotiate to return back to Bulgislavia, flee with the legitimate government or remain to continue doing humanitarian work under new local authorities depending on the contexts, however their current bosses in the Marco Dajio Kasja Medical Center in Dubrovnik have a large bearing on those contexts)
