Liberty-City – Upon a consultation with among leadership of Greater Prussia, it has been decided to disburse from the coffers of the Capitalist Internationale a sum of 10 billion New Dornalian Dollars for the purpose of constructing a range of military installations to be operated by the CAPINTERN in the Imperial Royal Federation of Imeriata. These installations will be constructed by the Royal Merchant Guild, and their construction will, wherever possible, utilize Imerian labor and Imerian products. These will create docking capacity for 20 submarines, of which 10 docks will be used on a regular basis by our Imerian allies and 10 by ships of the CAPINTERN fleet.

In addition, this sum will be used to improve railroad infrastructure in mainland Imeriata (again, to be constructed with Imerian labor, under the auspices of the Royal Merchant Guild. The budget will call for the construction of five thousand miles of track in the first year in the South of the Imerian mainland, in and around major naval bases.

We must remember that Imerians are, and will remain, valued members of our organization. It is our goal to eventually see Imeriata through its crisis, and to have it rebuilt entirely, to a glory unrivaled even in its illustrious past.

It seems to me that you're a very good roleplayer and writer, but I am not sure if your nation's style and your RP style will work well with the stuff we do here. ICly there are also some aspects to your nation which we'd probably have ethical doubts about. But I don't want this denial to make you think I don't respect you or like you as a person.

Would it be possible to receive additional explanations on the civil rights situation in your country? While CAPINTERN membership is not limited to merely liberal democracies, some standards must be maintained.

The last time we were a liberal democracy (complete with extensive civil and political liberties), the political left infiltrated the government and nearly destroyed our country. Property rights were being violated on a daily basis, the people were starving to death and the rule of law was being trampled upon. These circumstances forced us to become a right-wing one-party state in order to stabilize the country. Civil and political liberties had to be severely curtailed so that history is never repeated. However, the people do have individual rights such as economic freedom (something they didn't have under leftist rule).
