And if you need to say "colony" say COLONY. Not Trade Settlement. The French referred to their trading posts in Canada as "Trade Settlements" sometimes, they weren't necessarily colonies.

I am sorry if you feel everyone should be limited to a simple, basic vocabulary. I hate using the same word twice. If you can't infer "colony" from "Colonize" than I am sorry for you for that as well.

I did admit wrongdoing, but when I asked for you to make a simple edit to make things clearer for our friends, you were defensive, obstinate and arrogant. If you don't want to say colony, then don't say Trade Settlement, say Settlement! It's not difficult, it's you being a lazy, stubborn ass. I know what you mean by Trade Settlement, but others may not. Ambiguity is never a good thing.
