Which is why I'm in favor of people taking over CTE or inactive nations. Rosswood, Dal, Svealand, and (possibly) Gratia....plenty of chances for a new member to RP a rebellion, stir up some more stuff, while also establishing their own national identity.

Ino and according to Inesea, Wirbel are nice enough people to let in new members, while Fan is staunchly against it. That's two votes against one. Which is a majority.

To open up the thread, we must first start and finish the Colonization thread, but in order to do that we must finish the V-land thread. However, in order to complete V-land, we require a number of inactive nations who will likely die in the future of not-too-far-away, so in order to replace them we must consider opening the Vapor Thread back up so that new nations may come in, but only if we complete the Colonization thread first.
