If there's such a lingering controversy over GR's acceptance, I can sift through the posts to do a recount on the situation. I would prefer, in all honesty, that people voted into the Cong are voted in based on their ability to work with others and others' sentiment towards them, as well as their ability to RP, not simply because some members want to 'clear up' any lingering or outstanding applications. Of course, I cannot say I'm entirely innocent of that, but I'm simply expressing my opinion on that.

That said, if there's still an issue on GR's acceptance, I will go through a sifting of the posts to see what's what and sentiment on it, if that makes any sense.

I am guessing at this stage, considering the low amount of votership for the resolution, that Teccor's voting has been languishing in bureaucratic limbo, and therefore we cannot accept Teccor's open-door policy as valid due. As such, Teccor, if you are still interested in joining the Cong, the best route is to apply via application and RP links, telegrammed to me.

On a related note, I would strongly suggest that you guys keep off-topic or non-Cong subjects to a minimum when voting happens: it just makes it that much easier, and indeed, we sifted applications to telegrams rather than the thread to keep the clutter down when voting. It makes it seem somewhat counterproductive when we substitute one clutter for another when we're doing voting.

I agree, it is too much civil war-ish. But looks better then the FFL's uniform. And the UDFL uniform matches the dress uniform of the UDAF.

And capes aren't for all normal folks. Some of the military orders have them. You have to be somebody to rock a cape or cloak in the UD.
