No, you're silly. It's absolutely retarded to have voting take the whole month on someone. It's not just limited to the Holiday lull either, because we've had notoriously long spells for votes in the past. Amit's vote came up on December 9th, after having been pushed and pushed and pushed since mid-November. By no means am I saying give it one day, but once you get upwards of three weeks, it kinda saps the life out of it a bit. Amit already hangs out on the IRC anyways, along with other Non-Cong guys. If the Conglomerate can't be pulled together to reach a majority vote in THREE WEEKS on someone who we've had experience with for months now, then either the person in question probably isn't worth having in the Cong, or we should just bite the bullet, remove this as an IC group and just meet up in the OOC.
