Dude, I have some truly epic designs going from HM3. I've basically styled the basic Army & Navy officer unis from Azuran military history back to the 1700s so far, and it's AWESOME.

Sweet. Haven't messed with HM3 in a few days. Can't wait to see your pics.

Bah! You live in a place where it doesn't stop snowing until May. Anyone that lives north of the Mason-Dixon Line cannot talk to us about snow. Until you live in a place where .25" of ice absolutely HALTS all aspects of life, you don't qualify as having a "White Christmas". It's only a White Christmas when the odds of seeing your mother-in-law lick in between her fingers are greater than seeing show on Christmas Day - BOTH of which happened to me this past weekend, which may or may not be a sign of the apocalypse. News as it develops...

Indeed. lol. Last year, a snow storm of around 6 inches closed school for the entire week. It's pretty much the same thing this year too. Whats up with all the snow?

What he's getting at is why are so many places getting snow in quantities that are shockingly rare, at points in time that are even rarer. The official outlook produced by our glorious Government was that this would be an above-average year for temperatures and lower-than-normal precipitation across the United States. Except almost every deep south state (including Florida) just experienced the coldest December on record, with more snow in the southeast in December than at any point in the past sixty years. I know from personal experience that Charlotte, North Carolina went through a seven day spell where we shattered the record low temperatures every single day, and we only had two days this entire month where we fell into "average" temperature ranges for this time of year. This in a place where we have consistent days in the 60s (!) as far into the year as January.

Indeed. And further, in the North, my state New Hampshire had less than an inch of snow by Christmas. I any of you are familiar with New Hampshire, you know how rare that is. Especially considering our state sport is skiing. :-/

Above average? This year was a record breaker for everything climate related! D:

Climate change is real. This is what happens when you fuck with the climate, for real. You get ridiculously hot summers and ridiculously cold winters. Scotland is having it's coldest winter since 1890, and my town peaked at 109 F this year, which is the hottest temperature since the 1880-1890s or so when we started recording.

Also if Ostro said New Jersey I would make a joke about not being able to see the sky through the smog.

It's true. In the state of Delaware, it is common for us to avoid the larger snowstorms during the winter months, and I'd say from personal experience, it is unusual for us to get more than a combined accumulation of 5 inches of snow from Dec to Feb. However, yesterday, we just got 10 inches. 10 INCHES! The FIRST snowstorm of the year too! Last year, I had a week off for a massive snowstorm, and previously before than, the longest "snow break" I had ever had was only 3 days.

This summer, it was record breaking as well. For the most part, it was consistently in the mid and upper 90's from June - Aug. Usually, it's only in the 80's.

Call Al Gore, there's something seriously wrong!

Al Gore is the popular science version of climate change, they call it "global warming" because clearly greenhouse gases don't totally screw up the entire climate, they just touch about 10% of it.

In reality, I am aware of Climate Change very well. My Dad has been in "the business" for a few years now. Carbone Credits, Bio-Diesel, sustainable living, alternative energy, ect.

The Climate-Gate bullshit really fucked things up. Thats all I need to say.

I see no conclusion has been reached onto Teccor's application and GR's application. Do we want to go with probationary plural vote results?

Or are there still problems that need to be outlined?

Your pocket is hurt more than the environment, (you have just a single car, but that's about a month of gas money being wasted right there) so I have no quarrel with you.

I suggest keeping it up for another week or so.

Just don't do that in the garage! :p

Nein. The vote tally needed is 11. If you don't get 11, you get to waive buh bye and reapply some other time. I think moving to the plural votes results is a catastrophically BAD decision, because it signals to the rest of the NationStates world (aka our enemies) that we will lower our standards for admission to increase our ranks. We're the fucking Conglomerate! We are the cream of the crop, and thus we accept only the best.

A man crawled desperately towards a building that he had been told housed some of the Conglomerate leadership. Crawled, because he had no legs. They had been hacked off at the thigh, and though it was not now evident, they had been broken, first, by the repeated blows of tire irons. He gasped as he dragged himself across concrete.

His arms were giving out, but he spotted a guard and begged for help.

"Please... please... they gave me a message for the Conglomerate! Please!"

Then he collapsed, his heart beating no more. Clutched in his hand was a letter, hand-written:

To the leaders of the Conglomerate

Pay your Leg Tax, or I will send men to break your legs. And then hack them off.

Sincerely,

Whining about leftism is not going to win you an exemption. The Skofte Macleod Gang is not ashamed of its revenue collection methods; if you do not want to wake up to tire irons beating your face (and legs) in, pay your taxes, or get Skofte Macleod to exempt you.
