One a more serious note I have almost no prior history with any Cong members, so I'm able to work with pretty much anyone. Though, when assembling groups we should look at the strengths and weakness' of everyone, and choose members that complement each other. Having a group that focus' in Naval Superiority only, wouldn't be much effective for a ground invasion.

To allow these organisations to run on the web of lies and falsehoods they do so proudly flaunt in their fastidious pomposity is something we cannot allow.

They may not call themeelves Guardians of Humanity if they cannot even protect the kin from their own injustices, so it is upon us to note this injustice, whether it be by sword, song or speech.

Let us, as brethren, light a path of truth with the pen and the poker, wretched and twisted through the grasp and grip of ink and hot steel. Let us mobilise as kin to bring light to these liars, and force them truth out of their mouths.

Hey guys, a few notes and thoughts on some Cong changes.

• I'm getting rid of the specialties and creating a 2-3 team make-up. In other words, the Cong will be compartmentalized into groups of 2-3 members per group into strike forces. These players essentially will hit others as pre-emptive to full Cong use. By doing this, this means we can group Cong members who work well with each other and have strong contacts with each other to best utilise their strengths in a team environment. As such, to all members, please list any players whom you have good relations and are willing and have no problems working with or are wanting to work with. I will assign groups based on that, and we'll split up the roster based on those teams.

• If you have no good or bad relations, I will assign you into a squad.

• In regards to strike teams, these teams will be able to hit multiple conflicts in groups of 2-3 without needing full Cong support. In other words, we can act independently within our own special strike squads without needing to draw on Cong support, so people aren't so intimidated to fight us.

• School is starting, so alot of us are going to be more active, surprisingly enough, because our activities peaked during the school year. As such, I will remind all members that our IRC channel is #NSSanctuary on the Esper channel.

• I will be doing scans of active and inactive members. Members who are inactive will be cordoned off into an 'inactive zone' whereas members who are active will stay on the roster. The reason why I am doing this is because inactive members have their own reasons for being inactive, and I don't think that RL issues should warrant them being kicked out. It does mean they won't be protected until they tell me they are going to be again, though, but it does give a strong open door policy that I believe that other groups don't have. We are, first and foremost, a brotherhood.
