I think, with some planning for some of the others, we can be quite a helpful group to newer players. I know for certain Brew knew how to RP based on learning Nova's RPing in Smoke on the Water, so it can be done.

Well, Prevania has a large corporation, Kriegmoglichkeiten International, which could fulfil the role of a large, evil presence. It has a large mercenary and CBRNE wing, with no moral or otherwise scruples. With the help of nuclear blackmail of the Prevanian government, it could become quite a threat.

I'm supposed to be the evil corporation here

Prevania, why the cliche "Big Red Button-of-Doom". Why can it not be purple, or green, or a lovely shade of periwinkle? What's the "Big Red Button-of-Doom" supposed to do anyways?

It has nothing to do with doom: it merely delivers a dose of sedative to the over-excited person pressing the button. It's red as per section 4, subsection 82, paragraph 193, sentence 6 of the Button Guidelines, as published by the Commission for Chromomanagement.

If necessary, KMKI can try and warn other nations not to become involved, on pain of getting caught in the nuclear cross-fire.

A) Don't have a clusterfuck pile that we normally would if the Cong rushed in entirely
B) Can commit to multiple fronts with military precision if necessary by maintaining these teams.

I must say, that sounds like a good idea. Might I suggest that those amongst the Conglomerate with similar means should group together - ideally to prevent someone like New Azura who nukes the place from hitting the troops of another Conglomerate member who has chosen to land troops.
As for myself, I will be using the mega-corporation Kriegmoglichkeiten International, who will be using blackmail (conventional or CBRNE) to obtain slaves and profit. Anyone else with similar desires/modus operandi want to join me?
