Strata of Command: The Empress have absolute control over the government's matter. Should she dies, her heir (Currently, none) will take over power. Should her heir dies, and there's no heir left to take the throne. The Supreme Commandeer of the military will then take over. Should Supreme Commandeer dies, the minsters will form a council and control the country. Should all ministers dies, martial law will be declared, and the country will be transformed into a democracy while the military stabilize the country.

Military Focus: The Military focus primarily on a high quality, highly-trained and advanced in technology 's military, designed to both protect homeland by controlling the sea and defending the border with superior armoured force, and in the power projection role(Indicated by the large carrier fleet).

The armed force is split into three parts. The Imperial Army, Imperial Navy and the Imperial Air Force. The training emphasize combined arms, and it is expected that three branches are always capable of working with eachother effectively. Air Superiority are one of the most important part of the doctrine, and controlling the sky is second to none. In case of an invasion, the doctrine will focuses on holding chokepoint and delaying enemy advance until sufficent help arrived, where a major breakthrough will occur, with the final goal being trapping the enemy force and kicking the rest out of our sphere of influence.

Likes it precursor, the Ansari Empire's military. Declaration of war only come after the first projectiles is expected to be detected by the enemy, everytime the empire commence invasion or major attack, it will involve a silent mobilization, deployment of naval force to enemy region, then a large combined arms attack will commence on enemy nation, with the goal of disabling as many part of their force as possible before they can recover from the surprise attack. City is considered a major obstacle, and it will usually be surrounded, leaving small part of the force behind to prevent break out until the enemy force succumb to stravation, disease and hunger.

Economic Situation: The Economy of the Neo-Nekomimi Empire is doing very well, the primary industry are led by Arms Manufacturing and Mining. The Neo-Nekomimi Empire have an extremely large reserve of both rare and common mineral, and oil are common across the desert.

My OOC conclusion is the Ansari's writing and social skills are far below par for what I would want in the Conglomerate. He might learn in time, but unless he shows that he actually wants to , I say Nay.

My IC conclusion is that Ansari's large Neko population is abhorrent. Other nations with similar demographics were allowed to enter the super-state in my absence, but here I will put my foot down and vote No to Ansari's entrance.

That is incorrect. The T in PMT, MT, and FT doesn't stand for Time; it stands for Technology. Also, unless your PMT nation is separate from you MT, that means that what happens in MT time happened in the PMT's past, and any FT you might have.

Okay, let me rephrase that: era is irrelevant to me, especially because that was you PMT nation and PMT is my preferred level to operate in. Besides, ignoring any IC technicalities for a moment, you were still very recently at war with a Conglomerate member.
