Consider AG as a province. If that province is attacked, then the nation will be put into mode to attack it. However, before war can commence, legislation and congress must determine the best way to organise the nation to go to war.

Yea he plans to liberate the Furries by defeating AG, and with Allanea's help. Tec's having a crisis about that also.

Specifically, he intends on doing a non-conquest war which involves extremely conquest war tactics, such as systematically capturing every single major city in my nation.

I mean, if I was in his shoes, I would punch a hole in my defenses, tear through the Citadel (incurring horrific losses) and then just take the clear cut route to Terminus (which is directly south of the Citadel) to capture the Government.

He says he only wants to dismantle the government, then why not hit the place where the government is instead of systematically taking out the nation itself?

The only way that plan would make sense is if his intention is to take your cities one at a time and liberate the nekos held captive within, which is a good plan on paper until you stop and take into consideration that you don't have a neko population.

Personally if he wants to overexert himself and stretch out his forces I say let him. It makes my job that much easier.

Yesterday, January 09, 2010, a bill was put through the Teccorri Grand Senate in am emergency session. This bill, calling for military deployment to defend The Federation of Allied Governments, a Member-State of the Conglomerate, was voted on at the time of 7:21GMT this morning.

We regret to inform our fellow Member-States that this bill was defeated, despite Chancellor Support, at a final tally of 33 For; 67 Against. Grand Senate First Chair, Samuel Dast, provided reasoning for it's defeat:

"We cannot take up arms, as a nation, against those we have sought to defend. Seeing the reasoning behind this Nekomimi Coalition in attacking the Federation, we will not bring our might to bear against liberators, in defence of a xenophobic and genocidal government."

I offer my greatest sorrow at the defeat of this bill. I will be able to re-submit it only once, but I will do so once I have adequate support.

If I had to venture a guess I'd imagine it'll be something completely hypocritical to his overall motivations and goals in this. Expect him to treat any of your ilk that he may manage to capture just as bad as you've treated nekos, or really any non-human, in the past.

POW & Citizens etc, will be left untouched. POW will be guarded, and shipped back to homeland (If possible). They will stay there, until your government is dismantled. You can expect us to install puppet government, and attempt to make sure these former veterans won't get back in the army again, since we don't want you to have a strong army. Now I am writing the post, so don't distract me. Thank you

I don't want you to respond to this until after you finish your OP, Gc1mak, but I have a question:

If you are only trying to dismantle our government via a brute force attack on it, wouldn't it be far easier to just hold them in pre-fab "tent camps?" Or, perhaps use existing strongholds in my nation? I mean shipping them back and keeping them there for the duration of the war is cost inefficient if all you're doing is making a hard burn for my capital to take out the government or hold it ransom.

Whilest my council members are being most unpleasent and refusing to aid in the defense of our interests, I wholeheartly give my efforts to the Conglomerate. I can only promise 5 Invisible Ops, 10,000 Spec Ops, and 20,000 Regulars. The only reason I can't give you more is because of the bloody invasion that is knocking at our door. The cheeky bastards tried to assainate me the other night. Fortunatly we caught one and interrogaing him as I speak.
