Well, the only way to really keep our citizens from going batshit, whilst simultaneously keeping your soldiers largely alive and Winter Contingency from being declared, the idea of a direct assault on the Citadel and a hard-burn to the open route towards Terminus may be your only option.

Yes, you'll lose a bunch of soldiers, but time is not at all your friend in this invasion, especially since this is not meant to be a war of conquest.

Yeah i suffer from more internet restrictions then you would believe. I am cursing the cold snap because it means I have no access to my only reliable source of Internet till at least Thursday. Not counting the fact that IRC screws me over whenever i try to use it.
