Imperial HQ, Buenos Aires. 16 September

"Possibly, but by the time the Guard is in position to attack, NATO would have already begun their push into Hungary."

The men continued to walk down the hall, the HQ a buzz of activity. He again turned to Cervantes.

"General Lord Antonio de Cervantes, for your work in what will be known as the Argentine conflict, I am offering you the title Count of Buenos Aires, for the beautiful work you did orchestrating the attack."

The General bowed and departed.

"For you, Gomez, you will be made a Lord."

*A while later, Gomez entered into Rojas' room. Rojas was still recovering from what had happened, but he saw Gomez and got mad.*
Rojas: "Gomez, you traitorous piece of shit. If I wasn't in so much pain I would kill you with my bare hands right now."
Gomez: "Cut the crap Rojas. You know me, I'm an opportunist. However, once I find someone, I'm very loyal. And I've found a very generous employer." *He picked Rojas up and punched him across the face. He grabbed Rojas and picked him up, whispering something in his ear. "Yes, and perhaps one day, a position ruling Argentina under my banner, but that is for another day. You are dismissed, Gomez, Marquis of Argentina. His Lordship, the Marquis of Buenos Aires, will continue to occupy the nation with his soldiers after the final attack on the Rebel base."

Lucius then left, presumably to return to Nevermore.

General Cervantes, the Marquis himself, left to prepare for the attack near the border.

Emperor's Personal Jet. Argentine Airspace

The Emperor seated himself in his personal chamber, Imperial Guards posted everywhere. He picked up his tablet, checking recent events. Tarkin hadn't called him, so he assumed the Coronation had not started. There was a message from his Chief Architect and Weapons Manufacturer, however. Lucius typed a few numbers into his chair, and the screen in front of him revealed Albrecht Speer IV, Count of Baden. The architect bowed when he saw who was calling him. Speer was responsible for the construction of both the Palace of Parliament and the Palace of Marshals,

"Your Imperial Majesty, I was not expecting to hear from you so soon. I assumed you would continue to oversee the conflict in Argentina."

"There has been a slight change in plans. Do you have the blueprints finished?"

"Yes, of course, Your Majesty. I must say, they are even grander than the Palace of Parliament."

"Elaborate."

"The Palace itself is not structurally unlike what one would expect from a Babylonian Ziggurat. Structurally it is made of steel and titanium, with concrete and sandstone to give it an ancient touch. It contains three levels, if you will; the first level is 240 metres in length, and 40 metres in width. The second level is 125 metres tall and 20 metres in width, and the third level, with the complete pyramid top, is 100 metres tall and 10 metres wide. The main entrance is on the second level, featuring two colossal statues 100 metres tall, with sub entrances on ground level. Trees, shrubs, grass, and artificial ponds will be placed on the edges of the levels to give it some green space, and the entire structure will run on alternative energy, primarily biofuel and geothermal. The interior has been made to look like a Roman Palace, and will feature close to 40 separate bedrooms and over 300 offices. The Throne Room is exact to your specifications, 10 metres by 10 metres by 100 metres, the Throne itself sitting on a platform 50 metres up, canopied, with four statues flanking it. The acoustics allow excellent projection, and seating arrangements for the Court are in an egalitarian fashion. The Palace itself will be placed just beyond the Central Park, 150 metres behind the Palace of Parliament. "

"When will it be finished?"

"With the right manpower, two years."

Moscow, Occupied Russia. September 17th, 2059.

The morning of the 17th of September dawns and the Emperor stares out into the Russian sunrise. He walks out to the lobby and asks, "Tarkin, is the ceremony ready?"

Imperial HQ, Buenos Aires. 16 September
*Gomez watched as the Imperial's took Rojas' body away.*
Gomez: "Don't do anything with the body yet. I will oversee its destruction. Just take it away."
*he walked out of the room and saw Imperial Generals.*
Gomez: "You there. I want you to begin preparing for an attack on BPA armies in the north. Go and prepare your troops. They are going to need to be well trained for the Jungle campaign."
*The General nodded and left.*
Gomez: "It's good to be president."

Free Europe. September 17th, 2059
*As the sun was rising on this September day, everything seemed nice and quiet. Troops from the free NATO nations where still ready for war, however they had been like that for weeks now and nobody seemed concerned about it. In Ireland, Jackson, Vermaak, Mikhail, and Kane woke up in their house. It wasn't anything special, just a house they had rented. In Brussels, Kowalski had just finished making his coffee and was preparing to get ready for the day to come.*

Kiev, Ukraine. September 17th, 2059
*Things in Ukraine where different. For the past few days riots had been going on throughout the country. They weren't big riots but they were still noticable. In Kiev people had been protesting the government there. Similar riots had been going on in Hungarian occupied Odessa and Sevastopol. People were demanding the Hungarians leave Ukraine and Russia.*

Cervantes nodded, punching in the code for the fighters to begin the attack.

Overheard, a large sonic bomb sounded the begin of the attack, fire appearing several miles in front of them. Imperial Mekhon and APCs began mobilising towards the alleged Rebel base.

Moscow.

Tarkin went into the Palace, to the place prescribed for him. It seemed like every General in the Empire was there, all to bask in the glory of their Emperor Carolus Victorus. The orders were strict, there was to be no disturbing the ceremony under any circumstances; in a few moments, the Emperor would enter to be crowned Tsar of all Russians

Moscow

The music begins to play from the silent city. Carolus Victorus was standing at the door, and begins to walk toward the throne of the palace. In full Hungarian Regalia, the Emperor marches, breaking all the traditions the Russians had for their Czars. He did this for a reason. Carolus claims the land... and burns the people.
