The firefight continued as the Emperor led the men out of the Palace. He knew of a secret passage out from the time Iraq was part of the UAR.

"Just a few more metres" He was dragging Rojas from the legs, and quickly called his jet to pick them up from the runway.

*Gomez followed them to the airport. When they arrived at the airport they found themselves face to face with many members of the Iraqi army. In front of them was an Iraqi general and next to him was the other man. He was a rather tall man with aviator sunglasses, a red beret, and a vest. He didn't look like an Arab, a Latino, or anything they would have expected, in fact, he looked American.*
Iraqi General: "You are surrounded Imperials. Surrender now and we won't kill you. Just hand us Rojas and we shall let you live, no questions asked and we won't reveal this operation to the public."

The Emperor smiled.

"It appears you have the upperhand, but that is not the case. See, if anything befalls me, the full power of the Empire will be upon you. Do you want to risk that, for the life of one Rebel?"

Iraqi General: *He looked nervous* "Please your highness, just hand over the rebel. I assure you that you and your men will not be harmed if you do."

"No harm will befall us either way, because you are going to let us leave. If I am not back in the capital by this evening, things are going to get messy. NATO is about to go to war with Hungary, do you really want a war against the Imperial Republic and the French Empire as well?"

*The General was now really nervous. However, the American came up and smiled.*
American: "Let them go General. Rojas is of no importance to us anymore. Argentina has fallen, we don't need him anymore, besides, he's played his part. You can leave Your highness, but know this, this won't be the last time we see each other. Come men, let's go."
*And with that the Iraqi's and the American left.*

Back in Buenos Aires, Rojas has been lingering in a cell since the return from Iraq. Finally, he was taken to an interrogation room much in the same manner as Gomez. The Emperor and several Guards entered.

Rojas: "ugh...hello Emperor. Nice place you have here...Where is the good for nothing Gomez? If you let me kill him I'll talk."

"Sorry, Gomez has a great career going for him in the Imperial bureaucracy."

He sat down opposite of Rojas.

"You know what I want; Rebel positions, numbers, and BPA information."

Rojas: "Alright, you want me to tell you all of that I will...But I need some incentive first if you want to know."
*He sat back and relaxed.*

"I figured as much."

One of the Guards grabbed Rojas by the head and pounded it on the table before throwing him across the room, where he proceeded to slam him face first into the ground, his boot on top his back, pulling his arm up.

*Rojas spits blood on the guard when he comes face to face with him.*
Rojas: "Kiss my ass Imperialist scum."
*Gomez sat outside the interigation room.*
Gomez: "Rojas won't break, he's too proud to break."

"Break his arm."

The Guard hit the Rebel up against the wall, pulling at his arm until it snapped.

'Have at him for a while."

The Emperor left the room, while the Guards beat Rojas viciously.

*Rojas could be heard screaming when the Emperor left the room. Gomez saw the Emperor and began speaking.*
Gomez: "Can't you see what he is doing sir? He want's you to hurt him, he wants to die. Torturing him like this won't get you anywhere."

"He won't die, I'm too cruel for that."

When the Emperor returned, the Guards held the bloody Rojas up.

"Are you willing to speak?"

*Gomez watched through the glass, thinking.*

He smiled

"Then maybe I can catch up with the brothers I have killed. Castrate him."

Lucius again leaves as the Guards flip Rojas onto the table and pin him down, removing his pants.

*Rojas looked scared now. He looked at the window into the other room and sighed.*
Rojas: "Alright, I'll talk, I'll talk."

Lucius returned with a cup of tea.

"I want troop positions and numbers."

Rojas: "Most of my remaining troops are up north, near the borders with Bolivia and Paraguay. They're numbers are small, we have at least 15 tanks, 5 helicopters, many boats to travel on rivers. Most of our equipment will be coming from BPA countries which are also mostly located up north."

Again Lucius left as the Guards revealed a large scissor like tool.

Lucius led Gomez away as screams filled the hall. General Cervantes met them halfway.

"General, I want you to order a bombing near the Bolivia and Paraguay borders. The Guard will then be sent in to eliminate any further insurrections."
