Prague,Occupied Czech Republic
*The men got out of the car. They had made it to Prague.*
Rybar: "There you go comrades, Prague. Lovely city don't you think? Well, I guess we are going our seperate ways now. I hope I'll see you all again, good luck getting to safety my friends. You'll need it." *And with that he drove off.*
Vermaak: "Alright Jackson, how do we find the guy we're looking for?"
Jackson: "Well, I'd probably start at the UNE embassy. Come on, I know the way there."
*Jackson began walking down the street, the others followed.*

Russian-Ukrainian Border. September 8th, 2059.
Makarov: "General, order the retreat."
General: "Yes sir." *He picked up the radio.* "All Russian Forces, attention all Russian Forces. The order has been given down to retreat. Cease Fighting and begin the retreat back!" *He put down the radio and went and got his stuff. Makarov calmly walked towards his car and told the driver to start to drive.*

The Prince nods solemnly.

"We'll deal with it when it comes to light."

Tarkin bows, and departs.

Palace of Parliament. Nevermore.

Millions amassed in Nevermore Square before the massive domed Palace of Parliament. It was rare to see the Emperor give a public appearance since the end of the war, so when the major news stations announced Lucius had an important address to make, everyone wanted a chance to see the young monarch. At last, he emerged, flanked by Imperial Guards and Courtiers

"My fellow Americans, I come before you in this moment of distress. As I speak, the armies of Hungary advance upon Moscow, as the forces of NATO plan to retaliate. As it stands, I refuse to place you, my children, in any danger; the Empire shall remain neutral for as long as we are free from any danger, and we shall make no declaration of support against either side."

Moscow, Russia
*The Russian's had been on the run for several days now. The Hungarians had made huge advances into Russia and now seemed to be on the verge of victory. Now the Hungarians where on the doorsteps of Moscow. President Harkov watched a screen in one of his offices, it showed the Hungarian forces. After a little while Alexai entered.*
Alexai: "Sir? Your plane is ready."
Harkov: "Thank you Alexai...Have you told Makarov about the plan?"
Alexai: "Yes sir."
Harkov: "Good, let's leave now."
*The two walked out of the office and made their way to the airport.*

Kiev, Ukraine
*An Israeli cargo ship was docked in the ports of the city. It appeared to be a normal shipment. A couple of trucks came by to pick up the shipment. They got the shipments and began to move out.*

UNE embassy, Prague
*The men entered the embassy. Inside the embassy people where preparing to leave. Standing in there was a Middle Eastern looking man. Jay went up to him.*
Jay: "Hello there Bashir."
Bashir: *He turned towards him.* "Agent Jay? Glad to see you made it here alive."
Jay: "I know, it's great..."
Bashir: "Well, are you ready to go then?"
Jay: "I believe so."
Bashir: "Good, let's go then."

Palace of Parliament. Nevermore. 14 September 2059

"As you all have known, since the end of the last Great War, the work of the Imperial Government has been to improve the domestic nature of the Empire. Highways, high speed rails, bridges, schools, and hospitals have been built throughout to improve the infrastructure of the Empire. The final piece of this domestic overhaul comes today."

He pauses as the crowds cheer hail him.

"Effective today, in combination with my titles of Emperor of the Imperial Republic, of the French, of India, of Japan, of Rome, King of Italy, and protector of the Helvetic Confederation, Parliament has passed a bill adding King of Spain, of Portugal, of Castile, of Aragon, of Navarre, of Andalusia, of Leon, of Arabia, Sultan of Oman, and Prince of Andorra to my official titles. This act grants larger autonomy to the Kingdoms of Spain, Portugal, Arabia, and the Sultanate of Oman, allowing Spain and Portugal to elect their own Prime Ministers, and having Saudi Arabia and Oman elect their own governors."

"Kereshtur, how is the march to Moscow?" Carolus asks his head Commander.

"The progress is excellent. The troops should reach Moscow by the 16th."

"Excellent! And, Mezey, how is our other plan?" He asks.

He smiles, coldly. "Its going perfectly according to plan. Budapest is almost clean."

Palace of Parliament. Nevermore. 14 September 2059

The crowds chanted Lucius' name as he returned inside the Parliament building. Throughout the Empire, celebrations erupted over the Emperor's announcement. In reality, little actually changed, but it gave the people a little bit more power than they had before.

Buda Castle, War Room. September 14th, 2059

The Prince Tarkin nonchalantly walked into the War Room.

"Your Majesty, at this time, it would be wise to gain full air dominance over Moscow, to prevent the Russian government from escaping."

Alexai: "Don't worry gentlemen, we will have fighter jets travelling with us the entire way, besides, Hungary would have a death wish if they tried to kill a world leader."

Imperial Palace

Back at the Palace, the Emperor was briefed on developments on the Magyar-Russo conflict. It was expected that Moscow would only be able to hold out about 24 hours under the weight of the Hungarian forces, the Magyar air force expected to begin bombarding the Capital in a few hours.

Argentina
*On the other side of the world, trouble has brewing. Due to the rapid withdrawl of Imperial American forces from South America the countries have been left rather unstable. FEA has sent troops and advisers in the help the new countries, but they have had little success. Crime is rampant. Meanwhile several nations, Venezuela, Suriname, Ecuador, Bolivia, Paraguay, and Chile, have formed a new alliance, the Bolivarian People's Alliance with the aim of driving Imperialism out of South America and a completely Bolivarian continent. Their first goal was Argentina, a country with strong Imperial affiliations. The Imperials had left a large presence behind in the country to keep some say on the continent, this feared the BPA who thought that the Imperials could be looking to re-conquer their continent. The BPA had begun supporting Bolivarian rebels in the country, sending them weapons and plans. Now it seemed like full scale civil war was about to erupt in Argentina between the supporters of the current regime, which had been growing ever more authoritarian, and the Bolivarianists. This would not be good for the Imperials.*

Washington DC, FEA
*Due to the situation in Russia, the Americans had almost missed the Emperor's statement. It was the Secretary of State, John Basil, who had informed the President of what had just been announced. The President smiled at this news.*
Corrigan: "Ah, for once things are going good! Basil, how about you, me, Hansen, Carlson, and some others celebrate?"
Basil: "Yes sir!"

Army General Command Central America. Mexico City

General Antonio Cervantes read the reports coming in from Argentina. Argentina was the only nation of the former Viceroyalty of South America to have strong ties to Nevermore, and there were thoughts of putting a relative of the Emperor in charge of Argentina and turning it into a Kingdom. However, the BPA threatened the fragile peace of South America. When news reached Cervantes that rebels stormed the Presidential Palace and removed the former Viceroy from power, he immediately informed the Emperor. He had confirmation to restore power. The 10th Infantry and the 100th and 130th Armoured Armies were placed under Cervantes' command to invade Argentina and support the regime.

In conjunction, the Homefleet First Squadron were deployed to aide in the offensive.

Buenos Aires, Argentina
*On national Television, the former Viceroy was taken out into the streets of the city. He was dragged out of his palace by men in military uniforms. They brought him to the city square where many people where standing, chanting and waving flags of the BPA and the Argentinian Bolivarian Army. In front of the former Viceroy stood the leader of the ABA, General Miguel Rojas. Also there where represenatives from the other BPA countries, and another man who the Viceroy couldn't identify.*
Rojas: "Camaradas! Hoy comienza un nuevo capítulo en nuestra historia! Durante demasiado tiempo, nuestro país ha sido el esclavo de los poderes imperialistas en las dos Américas. Hoy nos quitamos las cadenas de la opresión y comenzamos una nueva era de prosperidad y de la libertad! Primero debemos eliminar la última mancha de la opresión de nuestra nación!"
*Rojas went up to the former viceroy and put the gun to his head. He smiled a wicked smile, and then shot the Viceroy.*

Throughout Argentina
*The Military of the country had been put on standby. The Army had been split recently between supporters of the new regime and those who supported the old regime, making them rather weak. Now however there was talk of retaliation from some countries, mostly Brazil. But there was also talk of Imperial American invasion. This threat somewhat unified the army...but they where still rather divided.*

Washington DC, FEA
*The members of the President's most trusted group where enjoying the the celebration, until they saw the execution of the Viceroy on TV. They all looked at the President who stood there a few moments.*
Corrigan: "We can not get involved in this conflict, we're already too involved in Europe. Let the Imperials deal with Argentina, however if they try to annex the country, we will try to stop them."

Palace of Marshals. 16 September 2059

Minister of War Caballus was prepared for the speech he was about to give.

"Two days ago, the President of Argentina was brutally murdered by Rebels supported by the BPA. As Argentina is our ally in the region, we can not tolerate such a blatant disrespect of international law. Three Imperial Armies under the Command of General Antonio Cervantes are poised to invade Argentina and restore order. This is not a mission to reclaim former Imperial territory, but to protect our ally. Thank you."

Several miles offshore from Buenos Aires, Argentina

Cervantes stood on the deck of the aircraft carrier The Italy. Dozens of A-25 Attack Fighters and F-30a Fighter Jet flew overhead, attacking rebel positions in Buenos Aires as the first Imperial Troops landed on the beeches.

Buenos Aires, Argentina
*The Invasion of the country had begun. It wouldn't be long before Buenos Aires itself was invaded. The bombing of the city had begun. Civilians where told to get underground while the army began moving to intercept the invasion forces. AA guns began firing at the planes. The Argentinian Air Force, or what was left of it from the revolution, began to take off to fight with the Imperial jets. Meanwhile, BPA forces in the country also moved on the invasion force.*
