*Harkov sat in his room, looking at pictures of his family. He smiled slightly as he drank his tea. Then Alexai entered the room.*
Alexai: "Minister Caballus left sir."
Harkov: "Alright. Did you do what I asked you to do?"
Alexai: "Yes sir."
Harkov: "Good job Alexai. You are proving yourself to be useful after all. Now, make sure that I don't retract that statement. You know what to do."
Alexai: "Yes sir." *He nodded and left, going off to do his secret task.*

"That is correct, Mr. Kowalski. That is the prime time to counter attack; the majority of Hungary's forces will be in Russia keeping order, and Carolus' western border will be at its weakest. It will take a good week or more for him to mobilise his men back from Russia to defend Budapest."

Buda Castle, Budapest, Hungary. September 7th, 2059.

"Keep an army ready for Poland and Germany. One for each. And call up Sweden and Finland for me. I need to discuss with them about this. It will be an offer they won't be able to refuse." Carolus says, walking with General Kereshtur.

"Oh! And, Mezey! The contractor has put the blueprints on my desk! Use those!" He yells back to his guardmaster.

"There's going to be no way we will be beaten on this day."

Prince Tarkin walked into the Emperor's office. The door was almost always open, and with the inevitable war glaring down upon the world, soldiers and officers were coming in and out at any given .

Buda Castle, Budapest, Hungary. September 8th, 2059.

"I have men moving to the German-Polish area as well as the Russian border. I have contacted the Prime-Ministers of Sweden and Finland. They will aid us, as well." Carolus says, while investigating satellite photos of certain high-risk areas.

"Come, sit. What other news do you have for me? I haven't gotten anything in 8 hours. Of course I haven't left this seat."

The Prince checked his pocket watch, his Family Seal printed on the front; a black serpent entwined a bloody sword, the Imperial Crown on the snake's head. The Words of the House of Tarkin were also printed; In hoc signo vinces.

Kowalski: "I see. Yes we have been preparing plans for a counter attack in the case of a Hungarian invasion of Russia. We've got a three pronged attack ready coming from Germany, Poland, and Turkey. We also might have Georgian troops begin an invasion of the Crimea if needed."

*In the small village, Hungarian soldiers where looking for rebels. They had a group of people lined up in front of a barn. They where preparing to execute them. From a distant point Vermaak was watching this through his binoculars.*
Vermaak: "We have at least 4 Hungarian troops preparing to execute a group of rebels in front of a barn. I say we kill the troops now."
Slovak General: "No, not until the plan is fully ready."
Vermaak: "Just let me take them. We can handle it."
Jackson: "He's right Vermaak. Let's wait until we can. There's nothing we can do."

Buda Castle, Budapest, Hungary. September 8th, 2059.

The Emperor sits in front of a television camera and clears his throat in preparation of his explanation of another war. The Non-Slavic population will be in uproar and the Slavs... They will be handled. The red light turns on and Carolus starts... "Greetings ladies and gentlemen of Hungary..."

Grand Vizier de Ville entered the Emperor's Library and bowed.

"Your Imperial Majesty, the Hungarian Emperor is addressing his subjects."

Lucius said nothing for a long while, as he continued to read his book; A History of Napoleon IV. At last he looked up at the Grand Vizier.

"Report back when it is complete."

Buda Castle, Budapest, Hungary. September 8th, 2059.

Prince Anthony Tarkin sat in his room, watching the news. It was at last time, war was about to be declared, ushering the second stage of the Fourth World War

Buda Castle, Budapest, Hungary. September 8th, 2059.

"Russia has become a growing thorn in the sides of the betterment of the non-Slavic peoples in the world. And even now, they are funding the slaughter of Hungarians, Romanians, Albanians, Greeks, Moldovans, Germans, Roma, Jews and Turks. We will not stand for that. We are not going to stand around and watch our people shot, stabbed and burned. The people of Hungary has spoken. They demand we invade. And I am the voice of the people and I call for Russia to burn! Hungary must stand as one and fight the menace that is undermining our very way of life. We shall do such that. Moscow... shall....
