You can recover from it. I think he only really nuked one of your cities; the other was hit by some neutron bomb thing and then EMP'd. Once you re-establish communication you could try to recover from it.

You don't necessarily have to make another nation. You just can't go to war for a while and your economy will be recovering.

I didn't really explicitly nuke any of ASL's cities, although the Neutron Warhead is essentially the same thing as a nuclear warhead except that is uses short-term radiation, rather than explosive firepower, as it's main killing element.
It's the ultimate capitalist bomb, and a very cruel weapon designed to penetrate through nuclear bunker walls.

The other five nukes were launched at ASL's nuclear facilities (although those might be near populated areas) and the last one was correctly surmised to be used as an EMP.

They just finished up their nuclear war. I'd say no matter how many invasions you can launch, this is the cool-down period.

Anyways, when I said things are heating up (a while back) in case no one noticed, here's what I was talking about: upcoming nuclear war, Madredia's declaration of independence, Orson going in to assault DKK, and the ongoing Operation Exodus (ICE invasion of OB). Add to that the fact that Heirosoloa's leaving the RP (but keeping a small part of his land); that means most of his land will be a battleground between OB and ICE nations.

Whew, all these territorial changes, confusion, and nuclear holocausts really make for an exciting continent.

BTW Phone, I supported Madredia in the Ulfu Declaration of Independence. Just letting you know.
