IASM has a colony, it's a city though. Look on the right where all the cities are listed.

ASL, aren't you involved in a war against Orson too?

And TNL, once you nuke her here's what you do. Aim for her nuclear facilities so she can't do it again. Then hit a population center (major city) with an airburst nuke and say that a lot more's coming if she decides to nuke again. Then do another one that explodes in upper atmosphere and only EMPs the whole city so for a few minutes it feels like it is a nuke for all they know.

That's how you de-escalate from nukes without killing too many people.

They were defeated in the civil war and most were killed, through one battalion tried to attack Lowland and killed themselves with a nuke.

But what I'm saying is that when someone gets nuked from a certain location, they don't care who launched it, they're retaliating against the nation from where it was launched. Usually. That's just how most doctrines are made up. I know it sounds dumb but that's just how it is.

For example if Soviet rebels launched a nuke during the Cold War at the U.S., and it hit an American city, the Americans wouldn't care if it was the rebels or the government. They're retaliating with an armed nuclear response.
