Meanwhile the six other regiments were put towards the Kreig-Low border, which numbered about 4 million men, tanks, guns and the such. Massive guns were built also, capable of firing two massive "Ground-Shaker round." Which would destroy anything in it's mile wide blast. Trenches, barbed wire, mines, pits, tank, traps, tunnels and everything else were also built along with hidden sniper areas.

I don't often complain, but this really rustled my jimmies.

First off, your airplanes would have been shot down over ICE territory.
Second off, artillery like that is obsolete and there is no shell that can have that blast radius and not be nuclear.
Third off, mobilizing four million men is a massive national undertaking that not even the ChiComs can hope to do with such speed.

Think about it; My country's population is about six times yours, they all pay tax, they're mostly militant nationalists, and even with that I can't realistically mobilise an army of four million men, let alone equip it to any reasonable level, or train it.

I am absolutely certain- even if they went into the lake, they'd be headed for the Viranian Sea Exclusion Zone, and you'd need to broker an agreement with Valeria to go around that.

You can't make a normal shell do that. Period.

That's a thirty-pro-cent military recruitment rate. The United States' army numbers, at most, one million active troopers. If you want to deploy that many, they'll be armed with sticks and stones.

My economy is larger and stronger, and realistic calculations show that I can at best equip and train 3,000,000 professional soldiers if I train them well and provide them with superior equipment.

But he is eligible for military service until he's 40, if your eighteen when war breaks out your put into the Kuserlichte Landmagt (militia) if you have been trained you joined the regiment you trained in and you are part of the Küserlichte Ümeraab

Other people are well-equipped because they have small, professional armies. If you have a giant army, you can't afford to dole out integrated infantry battlenetwork systems to every single foot soldier- only a professional army can do that.

Conscript armies have low morale relative to professional armies because they've been taken, not recruited, given little equipment, and far, far less training than a professional army soldier. Do you know the price it takes to get a single man into a uniform? Not just for the equipment, but for training them how to use it, how to cooperate with other arms of the military and with each other, training them not to break ranks, and the sheer cost of conning people into filling them?

Even conscripted armies never have more than roughly 4-6% of their population in the military. Israel and North Korea are the highest with 10%, but you have to realize their position. They've got surge capability to up around 30-40%, but that means they'll all be poorly trained and equipped. And besides, these two nations don't exactly have that large of a population in the first place.

China has a ginormous population and conscription. And they've got the most active military personnel in the world. And even they only have 2,285,000 active and 800,000 reserve; then 1.5 million paramilitary for a grand total of 4,585,000. The most populated country in the world, with conscription. And those troops aren't exactly the best equipped (that Chinese T-95 or whatever is... not the best modern rifle).

I'm well-equipped because I had a professional all-volunteer military that's got 1.6 million total active and roughly 2.5 million total. I based most of my numbers on the United States, including my 314 million RP population. Remember, the larger the population, the poorer your people live (in general). Most developed countries have populations under 100 million. The U.S. is an exception but it has an alarmingly high poverty level for its level of development.

Your factories may be large and you may have conscripts, but again, if your guys have no training then they just outright suck. They'd be no match for almost any number of professionals. Discipline is very key and without a decent training time it's difficult to instill that.
