The assassination of Alexandria Andropov. (IC/OPEN)

Today is a sad day for the nations of Grand Soviet Union and Sedikal. Just a week ago Jęk Belavoveç and Alexandria Andropov got married the son and daugter of the leaders of Sedikal and Grand Soviet Union (GSU) an assassin killed Alexandria Andropov at a public address in Moscow. He killed her with a standerd Draginov Sniper rifle from a church tower across the street from the event. GSU special police tracked and kill the assassin and are now trying to find out more information about the man. We are leaving this up to GSU's police but if needed we will help.

There are currently no leads in the investigation but the police are looking hard into the issue as not only the leader Yuri Andropov but the entire nation of GSU wishes for an answer to the disaster.

It is a truly terrible thing that your young daughter, newly married and poised to become a great force, has passed on so suddenly and savagely. Having lost family members myself, I know how terrible it can be; however, I have not yet endured the pain of having lost a child. Although I perhaps cannot understand exactly how you feel, know that I, along with the entire nation of Beldonia, weep with great sadness. the leader of GSU Yuri Andropov father of Alexandria makes a speech-

This assassination of my daughter has... drained me of what I had left to live for... and has brought much pain not only to me but i am sure to her husband... my son. Jęk Belavoveç. We must do all in our power to make sure the people who did this pay for there crimes! No more will these "assasins" plaque our nation. Let all be warned that Any who dare to stand in the way of the Grand Soviet Union will be crushed as we find out who orchestrated this attack!

Dane while on a diplomatic mission in the ASA listens to Yuri's address via radio on his phone.
"good for you Yuri" he thought.
"hopefully this doesn't involve are nation to much. I don't think we can support a war with anyone as of now" he thought to himself.

a few days pass and the Burial of Alexandria is viewed on National television. Although not normally religious the government relaxes its ban on religion and allows people to go there to mourn for the Leaders daughter.


The police are closing in on some leads but formally have none.

Danes son and the the former husband of Alexandria Jęk Belavoveç walks out to a crowd of people in the capital of Sh'quari
"people of this great nation as you may know my wife Alexandria was killed. I wish to stomp out the traitors to this nation as she was one of us. Not by birth but by her own free will, she was a great women and truly the only women I loved I ask you the people of Sedikal to aid in helping find justice. Unfortunately my father could not be here but he sends his best regards to both the people of Grand Soviet Union and the people of Sedikal."

People cheer and scream at the address with thunderous applauds.

The police have come out with their report saying the assasin was of sedik backround and was a member of a group that has tried to destroy relations between GSU and Sedikal since they became freindly.

Riots have ensued the country since the speech. Many blame the Sedik government for not keeping this group in check and allowing them to "prosper". The government tries desperately to quell the riots to no avail. The troops in sedik are piulled back to assist but cant do much. GSU government has not responded to this statement by the police and are debating what to do.

the GSU has said it wishes to sustain its long lasting friendship to Sedikal and hopes the two can work this out.

The people are not happy with this and clash with the police killing 25 and injuring 70.

Sedikal after the discovery that the assassin was of Sedikal origan has bolstered security at the GSU military base.

THE leader of the GSU requests an emergency meeting with the leader Mr. Belavoveç if possible. If Mr. Belavovec cannot attend the GSU requests a representative of the government come to discuss this incedent and any possible options the two nations have.

Mr. Belavoveç has heard the news and is on his way home. He will meet with Mr. Andropov as soon as possible.

An escort will be awaiting his arrival and will bring him to Mr. Andropov.

Ok his estimated time of arrival is 4 hours.

an armed escort awaits his arrival and the military removes protests from the airport. which is guarded by 2 infantry brigades and 12 T-90's

Two more hours till Dane arrives. We should tell you that he will be arriving in a jet from the ASA.

A ASA jet lands on the runway. As the jet stops and the door opens Dane Belavoveç walks out. Walking over to a the escort.

The escort walks promptly over to him *salutes* Mr. Belavovec right this way please. they move into a well armoured hummer and go to the Kremlin where Mr. Andropov awaits.

"a little different than the last time you visited huh?" asks the escort wishing to break the awkward silence as they pass a bunch of protestors hurling stones at the car, Gunshots quickly follow as the car moves by.

Dane starts to look at the whit walls of the kremlin.

The Allied States President would like to ensure the protection of Sedikal President, He arrived on the ASA jet with two members of the 10th Mountain Division. We would like for them to accompany him as a Protective guard.
