The vKlot Lycan Tribe was declared war on its larger neighbor Imperial Virginia.

Yon-Zhauryg v'Klot, The Religious leader of the Tribe had this to day.

This war is declared in the name of history. Our Tribe was forced out of the land now known as Virginia and ruins, that once belonged to our ancestors, are still found on that Territory. One such ruin was discovered recently and the government refused to even preserve it and destroyed it regardless of the religious and historical significance to our tribe, and built a Mega-Mall. Since the legal recondition of our Tribe as a separate legal entity we have had numerous dealings with Imperial Virginia over similar matters which, for the most part, ended in a similar result. This was the last insult to our culture we were willing to take with dignity.
