The revered declaration of the Her Most Excellent Majesty's Government, The House of Commons, The Lords Temporal and Spiritual and the Hardenburghian people on the twenty-ninth day of June in the year of our Lord two thousand and twelve
To Whom It May Concern:
Her Majesty’s government was appalled to learn that the Constitutional Monarchy of Voegen intends to expand its sovereign rule over the Alisnan far north. A motion passed by the House of Commons condemned the actions of the Voegeiaan government in the strongest possible terms and made it the declared intention of the Hardenburghian government to prevent any expansion into Northern Alisna. As per the terms of the 1973 Luxemburg treaty, it is appropriate to remind recipients of this communiqué that Voegen is a signatory of the said document; Alisnan states agreed to relinquish all territorial claims and designs over Northern Alisna and provided further assurances to respect the regions demilitarized status. Thus, the recent actions of the Kingdom are in flagrant violation of international law. Södertälje should be informed that the Hardenburghian government considers the deployment of expeditionary forces to Norilsk an aggressive and openly expansionist act.
Her Majesty’s government implores the Voegeiaan government to relinquish its latent territorial claims over Northern Alisna and enter Maredoratic League mandated negotiations with the Hardenburghian and Svenskån governments to decide legitimately upon the allocation and distribution of natural resources in the disputed region(s). The Voegeiaan government should be aware that Her Majesty’s Government can only interpret expansionist intentions as a threat directed at the sovereignty of key allies in the region, namely the Republic of Svenskågard. As such the mobilization and deployment of land, air and sea assets has been authorized, symbolic of the Hardenburghian people’s determination to resist all demands for territorial aggrandizement. It is advisable that the Voegeiaan government agrees to the terms laid out above, failure to do so would result in the Constitutional Monarchy of Voegen incurring the most severe of consequences.

The following is a message from the General Fieldmarshal of Foreign Affairs, backed by the State Council and it's leader the High Marshal of the Svenskån people this day the 30th day of June in the Common Era year of two thousand and twelve
To Belligerents of the Northern State:
The State Council led government of the Svenskån Republic was appalled to learn that the Northern State of Voegen intends to expand its economic and war machine to the Alisnan far north. This move is seen as a threat to Svenskån independence and sovereignty, which had lasted for over two centuries. A proposal made by the General Fieldmarshal of the Army passed by the State Council condemned the actions of the Voegeiaan government, in their cowardly slums and northern taverns, as moves that will reignite the flames of war between our two nations.
The Svenskån Riksdag, our soon to be parliament, has backed the State Council's belief that the north should be free of Voegeiaan influence. If the belligerent state of Voegen does not stand down, the Svenskån Krigsmakten (our armed forces) will be posted on high alert. If you wish to finish what you started in 1991 when you destroyed our best group of naval forces, 16th Fleet, then say so. If not, then withdraw.
