Hopefully, yes.

Everyone can either move there with their main nation, or with a puppet, but it will be mandatory.

All right. I will probably create a new nation to be the founder... "ACA Commander" or something of the like.

Imperial Japan, nice touch on the racial diversity comment.

Cruciland, your delegate is frightening.

Okay, I'll be working on a message in the meantime. I actually have experience with being head of recruitment, and I've founded a somewhat successful region in the past. Prehaps you heard of The Lands of Zion in the past?

All right. I'd like to look over it before you start sending it out, though. I'll be doing a lot of recruiting myself, in the beginning. I have had some recruiting experience as well.

Just to lay things out:

To recruit for our RP alliance, we will post in recruiter-friendly regions, and watch out for militant, anti-communist nations to send TGs to.
To recruit for citizenship in our region and the army, we can TG newly-founded nations, post in recruiter friendly regions, &c.

Well, Zion doesn't exist as a region anymore, but you can talk to GreatER Republicania, who was my head recruiter...

The Emperor's only bad habit is being incredibly bombastic and utterly oblivious of everyone around him. I tend to RP him as being a bit of a buffoon in person, narcissistic and hot-headed, but actually possessing great intelligence and a razor-sharp mind. Aeliana, on the other hand, just makes everyone want to instinctively kowtow to her. She's the character I use when I want to emphasise the Empire's serious, slightly sinister side. And she ain't afraid of some hooded guy with glowing eyes, either- the Tyrannian Imperial Family hunt giant therapod dinosaurs and keep Velociraptors as pets. Aeliana hand-feeds hers. :p

Adoremus, well, he's very intelligent, having graduated from one of the top universities in the Empire. Even though he's a Class-B Diplomatic Officer, he's not very good at his job. He's an overconfident, bumbling fool, who takes his job way too seriously. He's a tad bit of a coward...

If we are giving short bios of our representatives...

Bismarck is, of course, a descendant of the Iron Chancellor. Aggressive, ruthless, and attuned to the need of Empire in his foreign policy, he tends to be a rather subdued and elegant man in person, in large parties giving the appearance of being rather aloof. However, in diplomatic conferences and meetings (such as this one), he is really in his realm, and becomes an influential and important diplomat.
He is a member of the nobility, the prince of Bismarck (hence "von Bismarck"), and is rather disdainful of the lower classes, though not quite so much as many of his Prussian peers.
He is quite fond of beer and tobacco, but is also very polite, and in this case, will most likely not smoke.

Neither are most Castillians. That's why Anabelle is also present. She's one of the best diplomatic officers the Empire has to offer, although a Class-B level as well, and can always be counted on to get the jobe done. She's smart, beautiful, quick-thinking, hard-working, and probably the most powerful of her attributes, seductive. 8)

Here's my bio, then:

Jacen Gray is your stereotypical ambitious political type. Arrogant, overconfident, intelligent, knowledgeable, and clever, Gray was able to use his family network and wealth to secure a senior position in the Imperial Foreign Ministry.

Gray is highly analytical and a critical thinker, and will often hang back to understand all of the pieces before he gives his input, though when he does, he is quite confident in his opinion, and persuasive in getting others to come around to his way of thinking. Also, a war hawk and imperialist hardliner, but a manipulative and highly-successful diplomat.
