Yup. It's mostly how often people post that determines how long things OoCly will take to progress. I'm estimating by Christmas we'll have landed troops, and around New Year as when the Ohankaist regime falls and the occupation begins.

I know what you're thinking...my answer is no. Your AI can launch and "hone in" on targets via tracker and other high-tech software, but it should be (human) operators/servicemen pushing the button.

Honestly, two billion a year isn't much for most ACA nations, and it contributes to the good of the whole.

The IC logic here is that even if the entire alliance does not participate, all will contribute. Also, it will encourage nations to enter the program, to get back some of their own money.
