ARTICLE I

Concerning Governments and Political Ideologies

1. All member nations of the Anti-Communism Alliance (henceforth referred to as the ACA) must retain a capitalist, corporatist, or otherwise non-Communist economic and governmental system within their borders.
2. All member nations must refrain from using the "hammer & sickle" symbol in their national, departmental, and provincial flags, recognising that said symbol represents Communist, Stalinist, and Marxist ideals.
3. All member nations' governments must take a firm, official stance against Marxism, Stalinism, Maoism, and all other forms and variations of Communism, and against its furthering and propagation in the world. This clause may be supported by the Board of Founders and Grand Council with necessary force.

ARTICLE II

Concerning Military Aid and War

1. All member nations must be, at all times, able and willing to donate at least twenty thousand troops and two warships, to assist in defending a member nation, or to take preemptive action against an overly aggressive Communist nation and convert it to a better system of governance. The requirement of two warships may be waived in the case of a landlocked nation being admitted to the ACA.
2. All member nations must have have at least one percent of their total population as active members of their armed forces.
3. If attacked, a member nation may call on the ACA for assistance. If ordered by the Board of Founders or Grand Council, another member nation is required to assist the attacked nation.
4. The ACA may be called on to assist non-member nations in defence of their territory against a Communist nation. The same rules apply as in Article I, Part 3.

1. The ACA will be governed by the Board of Founders, consisting of the founding nations of said alliance, the German Empire, the Tyrannian Empire, and the Nachfolgian Reich.

3. Grand Council members will be appointed by the Board of Founders, until such time as all Founders have left this world, after which time, all Grand Council members will appoint their own successors.
4. At such a time as all the nations comprising the Board of Founders have fallen, the Grand Council will become the highest governing body of the ACA.
5. No nations may ever be added to the Board of Founders.
6. Heads of state are considered the representatives of member nations.
7. Grand Council members are allowed and encouraged to use the Seal of the Grand Council with their other coat of arms and seals on governmental documents.

ARTICLE IV

Concerning the Powers of the Alliance

1. The Board of Founders retains the right to alter the content of the Constitution at will.
2. The Grand Council, after a majority vote, may present a petition to the Board for an amendment to the Constitution. This amendment may only be passed with unanimous agreement from the Board.
3. Any territory occupied by the Alliance will officially be governed by the Board of Founders, unless this duty is delegated to another party.
4. The Alliance may never permanently retain territories, only occupying territories until they are deemed stable and free of Communist influence.

ARTICLE V

Concerning State Sovereignty

1. All member nations, while a part of the ACA, will unconditionally submit to all rules and laws passed. This clause may be supported by the Board of Founders and Grand Council with necessary force.
2. All member nations retain the right to secede from this union, with or without just cause.
3. Treason against the Alliance shall consist of harbouring the enemies of one of the states of the ACA, planning or attempting to illegally end the reign of one of its leaders, or disobeying the orders of any ACA officer.
4. If a member nation is considered to have engaged in dishonourable conduct, the Board of Founders may exact punishment upon them as they see fit.

You're not a non-conformist, are you? Do you like following everyone around and be like the rest? Well, I still don't see the fallacy in American English, it's a lot more "correct" in terms of phoenetics and annunciation while the British one has too much Frrnch influence, still.

For example, in British English, the word "centralise" is pronounced "sen truh lize" when it should be pronounced "sen truh lice" according to how we say our alphabet ( s = ß). Same with other words like "Oesophagus", " Anglicise", "Colour", "Direxion" etc...
