Far be it from this loyal & humble subject of Her Majesty the Queen to presume himself worthy of the precious & most valuable time of Her Majesty's Ambassador; having the utmost respect for Her Majesty's Chancery both at home and overseas and recognising the great service of representatives to foreign lands & organisations, in awe of the most splendid achievements of the Stonewall Alliance and the international unity & solidarity which it represents & embodies and of the permanent & inspirational contributions of Her Majesty's Ambassador thither, imagine my surprise & delight at receiving word from the Permanent Representation to the Stonewall Alliance with a most righteous request for information regarding the atrocious actions of the barbarian Ragnaran regime vis-à-vis religious minorities.

Duly honoured by the privileges of my humble station & frontier position, which have allowed me some insight into this gruesome matter, I am more than happy to be of some assistance, limited as I fear it may be, with this response, which I hope & pray shall reach My Lord in love & ecstasy and be of use in the Stonewall Alliance's further competent investigations and in its combat against fear & bigotry, that we may all, Her Majesty's loyal subjects as well as our friends & neighbours throughout the multiverse, be blessed with long lives in this world (and an eternity in the next) full of love, pride, celebration & self-fulfilment in a good environment for present & future generations.

In the capacity as Governor General in the Crown Colony of Alqanian West Africa, a position which Her Most Gracious & Royal Majesty did unexpectedly & inexplicably see fit to bestow upon my humble & unworthy person, I have come to make many unfortunate acquaintances with the uncivilised & barbarian, the oppressive & bigoted, the republican & anarchic. It was the Ragnaran government itself that confirmed the religious genocide; forces acting on behalf of the extremist atheist regime summarily executed 1.6 million people of minority religious affiliations. This action was condemned by the Benomian SSR, which cut all its trade relations and diplomatic ties with Ragnarum. Hydrichastan protested by ending its alliance and trade with Ragnarum. The Governor General's Office referred the matter to Her Majesty's Chancery. The Ragnaran murderers responded to the criticism by claiming that the people targeted were "not nice people". There were indications that the Ragnarans were not taking the condemnations seriously.

From the initial 1.6 millions, Ragnarum continued the killings despite international pressure to stop. Ragnarum has also claimed that they would decapitate political protesters and expressed amusement at the thought of shooting such protesters. The continued genocide lead to a military stand-off between Ragnarum and Hydrichastan. Ragnarum continued to defend their actions and deported Hydrichastanian citizens to a third state, The British Gumpurt, which is a bastion of barbarianism and bigotry in itself, fully expecting the relocated people to be treated unfairly by that oppressive regime. Ragnarum claimed not to care what the international community thinks of its actions. Ragnaran statements indicate that the actions are motivated by genocidal sadism.
