Generals Yvette and Andersson boarded the ships with their force of 120,000 so that they could invade Greenland.

General Kelta stayed in Copenhagen with his 30,000 troops.

The 50,000 Swedish troops stationed in northern and western Poland kept building up the fortifications. They built a line of forts and artillery positions to protect their part of Poland in the case that the Ottomans should attack. They names this line the Baltic Line, after the sea that they invaded Poland from.

The men boarded the ships to Iceland,to their fortress nicknamed "The white castle."Elois was hoping to catch up with the Swedish fleet.So all sails were set.Elois rode on the fastest ship in the french navy."Revenant" she was called.

The Swedish fleet hadn't made it far when a Swede on General Andersson's ship, the inkräktare, shouted that he could see unknown ships on the horizon behind them. The first thought to go through Andersson's mind was that maybe the British were trailing behind them, the Swedes didn't need a naval war with the Brits right now.

General Andersson snatched the telescope from the hands of another Swede, she peered over the horizon until she spotted a ship, she watched the french flag being raised, "damn, the French are tailing us, why?"

The Swedish flag was already waving from each ship in the fleet, so that none of their ships could be mistaken, she frowned, was there something she didn't know, were the French going to drown them right here, not even halfway to Greenland? She was stupid to think that the Swedes would make it to Greenland, they'd need to stop in Iceland to resupply, but with the French on their tails, was she willing to do this?

[Sheepish]

"Hoist the message flags saying "We mean no harm"."He ordered the messenger.Elois lifted the telescope.It seemed the Swedes were running.Why?

General Andersson noticed the flag that the French were raising, she let out a sigh of relief, and they changed their course from west to northwest, so that they could stop in Reykjavik, French Iceland. She'd rather land in Swedish Iceland, but to head that far north would only delay their trip to Greenland, plus she was sure the French wanted something, or else they wouldn't be following them.

"Boys we are heading home!"Elois laughed.Another message went up."Slow your ships down."

Generals Yvette and Andersson slowed their ships, Yvette's fleet taking the lead and Andersson's fleet taking the rear.

The Revenant caught up.Elois climbed up onto the Yard Arm and took his hat off and posed like Christ redeemer."Welcome to Iceland!"

Andersson looked over at him from her own ship, "Is there any reason that you followed us. General?"

"To welcome you of course!And to wish you good luck.I'm heading off to "The White Castle"."Elois said.Some French sailors threw packets of cigarettes at the Swedes from the rigging.

Andersson laughed, "Well, thank you, we'll be landing in Reykjavik to resupply, if that is alright by you, of course. Then we're off to Greenland, no more surprises General Porty."

After the feasts and festivities had settled, Each leader from the collaborating tribes were called inside of the Cheyenne chief's tent, where ceremonial pipes had already been striked and lit for all five chieftains of the newly-formed council. They sat together, each being placed on top of a felt-crafted pillow, in a semi-circle. The servant men left the tent, pulling the entrance flap to a close. The leaders peacefully smoked momentarily, and conversed in a natural and friendly manner, until the Cheyenne Chief spoke in his native tongue, a serious notation that things needed to be discussed.

"As we all know, our scout parties have recently discovered that not only are we the only Tribal Council being formed, but rumors have foretold that a Civil Union similar to ours is becoming formed in the Southwestern area of the land. Although that this is good that other native councils are being formed in hopes of a better chance against the hostility of the white man, but it may also lead to war with our own kind, if they see us as a threat. This being said, it may be best to expand deeper into the Southeast Region. Farmland is more fertile, and the mountains that also lay there could be of much defensive use if we were to ever be attacked by any hostile forces, be it the white man, or our own native kin. I am forming a envoy to discuss further ties with the other Council. If they are to accept, it could be of great prosperity between us. Trade would be much larger, and our fighters would be thriving. Culture would also expand, thanks to the almighty Sun God, who watches over us as we tread lightly the next few days! If it is appropriate, I would like to ask for the Crow Chieftain's assistance in rallying Horse scouts for the upcoming expansion of Southwestern territory, as well as having the Pawnee tribe providing appropriate food and other resources needed for their long and treacherous journey for our brethren. Once Crow scouts send back a signal of somewhat, I would like to ask for the Ute tribe to expand with a group of 12,000 natives, and bring along a fighting force of 3,000 of their brothers, armed with the almighty thunder sticks. This should be sufficent for establishing territory inside of the Southwestern region."

The Ute tribed armed their men and women and were given supplies by the Pawnee tribe for their journey. They set off early in the morning, as the sun crossed over the horizon, as if it had greeted them to their destination.

The high prows of the Ottoman war-galleons cut through the thick surf like the steel and shot of their human cargo would soon scythe through the soft ranks of the meddlesome Northmen. The Caliph, by way of his 'diplomatic' corps, had just learned how close the French had come to stabbing the glorious infinite armies in the back, and now the French would learn the full measure of his disapproval.

Ishmael stood hunched over in his skiff, suspended with the men of his squad over the swirling waters to the side of the mighty warship by mere ropes. Slowly the tempo of the rowers' beat diminished, and then ceased all together. Sails were furled, and the war fleet of four dozen dromons turned to port. All was still, and the lapping of the breakers against the nearby coast was only disturbed by the crack of rigging and muffled conversations.

Suddenly the great brass guns of the fleet spoke, hurtling iron death towards any building visible near the landing sites, and Ishmael released the toggle on the ropes holding the skiff aloft. It crashed into the surf with a mighty lurch as cannonballs whizzed over the men's heads, and the rowers put to with commendable determination. A host of landing skiffs rowed alongside the 7th, making for the French coast but a few hundred feet distant.

No, the Ottoman Empire had not been amused by the French at all. The Europeans had made things personal had they? Personal treatment they would receive.
