Check right above this post. Look at the most recent map. The only unclaimed territory is Uzbekistan. You can have it. But all of North Africa is claimed.

Oh. If anyone wants to know, Insula means Island in latin, so basically my nation means The Island Kingdom. Its only military, other than the Cyprus Militia, is the Order of Saints, a chivalric order tasked with the destruction of those not Christian (or equivalent), and are going to be allies with everyone other than those arabics. Tsk, tsk. The reason the army is so big in comparison to the population, is the fact that it is made up of mercenaries and 'knights' from other nations.

I swear there is a massive difference in population and army between some countries. OK some will be larger than others but this is 1800s and I'm pretty sure there were no standing armies with more than 1 million...

Lower it. We're in the 1800s.

Bear in mind that Europe's total population in 1800 was around 150 million, so our total countries populations shouldn't exceed 200 million.
