Uzbeckistan is actually not so small, just that most of it is off-map.

True. It has the soldiers and the population, just most of it's not in Europe.

RL Greenland in 2012 has a populatin of about 55,000. There is no way that an 1800's greenland could have suppoted more than 20,000, which is one tenth what you put as your military population. Fce it, Greenland is mostly uninhabitble.
