Actually, I'd really like to help Luzicya out too. Unfortunately, I can't because of the way my nation is role-played, we're Socialist and allies with Lanos. But, we have some roaming fascist terrorists in our nation, which started a civil war and would be more than willing to help Luzicya. Probably by conducting some guerilla warfare.
