Whats done has already been done, The act of this has been happening since ancient times.. I may not like it but it is known as Total war.. and when some nation is hearless enough to NOT surrender for their civilian's sake.. what does that show about what they deserve? besides all the damage that could be done WAS done.. There are no more bombs left for me to drop my munitions ran out because I had too many bombers fielded at once.. I cannot damage more civilians, I am incapable at this point.
EDIT: The Leader of my country would take full accountability and would be willing to be executed in an International Court for war crimes.
