A New Era Dawns For Tesbineska (OOC: Invite Only)

"Commander General Runiev, and Sergi Tankayev, the Khanese Minister of Socialism." She saluted, and urged the Minister to do the same.

"Oh, your from Khanastan, hold on, let me call this in." One guard walked away with a radio while the other stood in the same place.

"Hey, Nikionor, we got the diplomats from Khanastan."

"Let them in."

"I could, but they have a strange amount of body guards, looks like actual soldiers."

"Oh, tell them to only take the body guards."

"Yes sir."

The guard walked back and said, "Alright, but only take your body guards, leave the soldiers, we don't want to scare anyone. Then you may go inside and talk to the receptionist in the lobby, she will help you find the Premir. Is this acceptable?" Said the guard in a monotone voice.

The ship with the naval advisors and the former president showed up at the northern port, the same port used earlier to unload the missiles. They came in and walked down the board. "Hello citizens of Tesbsineska." One of the advisors said, "We have come to help you."

Also, HIGHCOM and the IPU showed up in their locally made luxury cars at the capitol, the IPU's got out first, wearing civilian clothing but packing small sub machine guns under them to avoid civilians taking interest in them. HIGHCOM was let out of their car and joined with Khanastans troops waiting at the front of the building. "We are here from The New Soviet Socialist States, thank you for letting us into your fine country."

The building was mamssive with dominating collums on the front with gold plated stars on each one. In front of the building the flag brilliantly flew in the gleaming sun. The flag pole had a golden plackard saying "Never Give Up, Never Surender." The same motto was carved into the building above the massive collums. The building was crawling with busy people, the sounds of phones ringing, people arguing, Tesbineskian politics at it's finest. The secretary said, "Ahh, your the leader from the New Soviet Socailist States, right this way, the Premir is a little busy but he said he would give you the tour himself of the country." She escorted the leaders to the cherry wood door, the light glistened from the varnish as she opened the door, "Nikionor, you have company." She said before walking away.

(Meanwhile, Premir's office)

Nikionor stood at the window, a tall, skinny person wearing a black suit. The cherry wood desk in the center of the room with a comfortable desk chair. The room decorated with pictures and the seal on the wall behind the desk. He looked out to see the factories in the distance, he smiled to think that before he took power, those weren't there.

[Meritocratic States]

"That wont be a problem, I kind of need a ride anyways because I drove one of them here, very smoth ride too." Said the Representative as he opened the door and got in the back of one of the cars. "Canberra is a three hour drive from here, the hotel is in Canberra, I think you will like it, there is a hell of a veiw on the 8th floor. The Karshnel can be seen too, it's rather big. Canberra is also the largest city in Tesbineska the population is 14 million citizens."

Evangeline Tannhauser, Federal Executive Council President

The President nodded, sighing a little as the group of cars reach the city through the highway. "So tell me, Mr. Representative." she cleared her throat while stretching her legs. She was impressed with the vehicle, good leg room. "Where is the Premier located? I take this place is the capital?"

"The Executive Council also wishes to discuss with the possibility of an economic trade bloc between our nation and the other countries." Alistair Petersen also pitched in, to Evangeline's approval.

If you don't mind we'd like to start off with one important issue, what would you like us to do with Shirard Azbindiz. He's currently being held on our ship carrying our Naval Advisors we promised."

This is were all the major choices are made including the choices in the war. The People's statue was built to honor everyone, there is a citizen holding hands with a General, then the Premir. The most visited city in Tesbineska. Luckily for you, rush hour doesn't start for another two hours." He said with a slight laugh. "Nikionor's office is there, top floor, center room. Overlooks nearly everything, with his private suite just in case he stays late which he does often, hell of a person, in a good way of course. Without him, most of the factories wouldn't even be here. With his policies we will become great, I am sure of it."

And Shirard should try to stay out of here, it will be very hard trying to put him into our witness protection program, especally with a vigilante group called the Comrades, nothing but a bunch of asses that think they are the police. They do help a little, but they are slippery, we tried to catch them but they always win in court. If they find out Shirard is here, his life could be in danger. I don't want to force him on you but I honestly don't know were I could put him with out the comrades finding him. Unless we send him to Veshna, a small, small town in the desert, very remote. Even there he stands a chance of getting killed by those vigilantes." Said Nikionor. "And I just got word from the ship yard manager that the ship is a day ahead of schedule. They are going to lift the two engines into the ship today. And the economy is up a little more. I tasked the board of resources the job of making taxes lower." Said Nikionor.
