In the wake of war, Tesbineska is finally at peace. The communist government now has full control of the massive island nation. The beloved and wise Premir gave a speech, the crowd waiting in antcipation. Yet he waited at the podium for a few minutes to further build anticipation.

"My comrades, my country men, a new age is about to dawn, one of power and presteige, for too long we have been nothing to the world, just some broken country in Asia. Well today that has changed, today we will take our spot in the world. We have won the hard fought war that so many lives had died for our cause. The world thought they can push us around so no more will we bow down. Instead they work with us! (Crowd cheers) Since I took power I gave you all the rights and freedoms you deserve, I fixed this broken country into a stronger communist government, government for the working class, the old and rightful class. I applaud you all for helping us secure peace, you factory workers, farmers, miners, welder, and everyone including our brave service men who loves this country as munch I love it! I thank you for the weapons. Would you be interesting in selling the blue prints of how to build them? And we do have advanced artillery technology which would greatly benefit your country. We even developed a new shell, one that splits into four mini shells which provides a greater splash area.

We plan to give Khanastan a few of out Ban Blade Heavy Main battle tanks as a show of thanks for helping. We would have lost if they hadn't stepped up to stop the advence at the capitol just long enough for a full scale mobalization. Alright, we have a hotel picked along with the vehicles which are from a local rental company. The cars are luxery sedans, built in Tesbineska. And they are also new. And I am also sending a attachment explaining how the government works in this letter. I am sure you will be impressed by our strides so far. Alright, I will send Honz, he arrived from Europe about five years ago. I trust him just as munch as General Yen. The loud bellow of the carrier surprised the hell out of me as I prepared my suit ready. Twenty-seven years old, I am possibly the youngest and the first female to ever become the President of the Federal Executive Council. 'Okay, this is your first state visit, act composed.' I am Evangeline Tannhauser, Federal Executive Council President of the Meritocratic States." she said as she followed the representative down to the cars. Seeing the crowd of people, she can't help but wave back to the people. She smiled at them as Councilor Petersen offered to open the door.

As he closed the glove box stepped out of the car and shut the door which made a dull thud. "I love how solid that door closes, it's like you being locked in a vault almost. Then as the plane landed a old 4 by 4 was seen comming down the dirt road driven by Honz. The car lurched up and down with all of the bumps. As the car came to a stop close to the plane a slightly agrivated Honz got out and walked to the front of his vehicle, he crossed his arms and waited to give the group a lift. The car was a 1987 Ford mini bus modified to go on rough roads. As he stood he lit a cigarette. He never really said munch, but he knows how to drive good. Why didn't they just land were the roads weren't all fucked up, he thought.

He turned the key and it didn't start. He tried a few times. After a few tries he punched the big steering wheel. "Shizen!" He yelled before getting out to see the problem as he opened the hood. Luckily the bus had a tool box that he got out a cargo bay. After a few minutes he closed the hood, put the tools away, then started the bus which sputtered to life. "Oh, I forgot, any bags you have? And when we get back to civilization, you get something less hidious." Said Honz.

Then he threw the bus into gear as it rolled down the road. Then the bumps came visible as the bus began to rock heavily asthe wheels came off the ground. The road was really bad, then Honz opened the driver side window and puked. Then he stopped the bus in front of a water crossing. He slowly moved the bus into the water, the snorkel keeping the engine running as water came threw the old seals in the door. River water rushed into the bus and soon the floor was in 4 inches of water before finally getting out. He opened the door to let the water out as the bus hit another series of massive pot holes after a few minutes the road got smoth and shortly turned into a paved road. He drove the bus into a parking lot with a few gleaming luxury sedans. The Fawton logo gleaming in the sunlight with the chrome trim. The same model that the other forign visiters got with the same extras.
