(Southern Tesbineskian port 0340 Hours)

"Alright, we got the last of them, let's get the fuck out of here. Full emergency speed, we need to beat the patrols."

"That shouldn't be hard, we can push 20 knots in this bucket of bolts."

A medium sized merchant ship sailed out of port into the setting sun. Although the ship had radar, the crew trusted in the ships speed alone as the entire Excutive branch and congress were aboard. Yet the ship had a few suprises such as a bank of Sea Sparrow missiles hidden in the stern and bow of the ship. They looked like storage containers that the ship was carrying. As another ruse the crew struck down their own colors and flew the communist flag trusting the setting sun would obscure the southern flag already painted on the hull of the ship.

"Sir, I think we should go 18 knots, the bearings were due to be re-packed with greese."

"No 20 knots, she can handle the stress untill we are about 300 miles away from this place."

"Yes sir."

"Admiral, there's a vessel about 13 knots away doing 18 to 20 knots an hour, it came out of a southern port." "Go ahead and send up a helicopter to attempt to make contact, if they don't, board it." "I have a bad feeling about this one, go ahead and intimidate it a little, I want our vessels making a circle around it."

The Helicopter, a KA-32 Helix-C, rose into the air from a Mistral Class Assault Ship named NSSS Reaper, and sped towards the boat. "This is Eagle-3, the boat has friendly flags." "That's odd, they came out of a Southern Port and as our allies said they don't have a navy."

The New Soviet Socialist Navy did as instructed, they easily matched the speed of the mysterious vessel, and the helicopter attempted to make contact with their captain."

"Attention unidentified vessel, this is the NSSS Reaper's Eagle 3, please state your name and intentions. Failure to do so will result in a boardig. How copy over."

After some time, the location of Gigaverse's forces were revealed to be Southern Tesbineska.

"Sir! This is it! The island had been united under the communist regime! We were all but too late...", private Mario told his Officer.

"They won already?"

"We also believe enemy Air Force and the local news agency had discovered our location. They are sending their planes after us."

"Then we can't just sit here! Mobilize our forces! ATTACK!"

In order to prevent enemy planes from knowing their location, naval cruisers armed with large anti-aircraft weapons scattered missiles to randomly fly and destroy them.

Thanks to the ships' radars, the troops landed safely, and prepared to carry out missions on Tesbineskan soils. Everyone, from average machine-gunners to expert marines were deployed and readied. Their first objective: To establish a beachhead.

1356 Hours The Fort
The Fort was stirring with action, men prepared to move out inland just as the marines arrived on the beach. Tanks were fuelled, IFVs were loaded up and helicopters were taking off. An airborne unit was being put in place of the 301st Armoured division at the fort. As the 301st started rolling, a call came through the radio. "This is Sparrowhawk Squadron, all 16 jets under your command 301. A Yemani Drone flew as high as a commercial jet over the land. It scoured the land for targets. It was the eyes of the platoon for the rest of the operation. The mission of the 301st was to move up to a group of large towns in the south and protect them from foreign hostiles. The civil conflict may be over, but some were not happy with the new government. The men were also to eliminate any who still opposed the government in the towns.

About an hour into the journey, just before reaching the crossroads were the platoon would split up to move onto their final targets, no resistance had been met. The Drone sent a feed down to the captain. It showed a thermal image video of a compound, filled with activity. The men seemed to be carrying guns. The Drone zoomed in on the roof of the building. A large, Southern Tesbineskan was sprawled across the roof of it. The Captain tutted. "This is just asking for an air strike." He ordered for the jets to make a run of the building. The jets fired strafing guns on the building. As the convoy passed the compound, most of it was levelled. There were no dissidents in sight. A message had been patched through to Tesbineska's high command, warning them of possible dissidents.

1458 The "Beach"
It was a disaster. Khanese marines were being bombarded by waves of unorginised infantry. There were many Khanese soldiers on the beach, but Gigaverse soldiers had them outnumbered. Soldiers tried to fall back in a skirmish like movement, retreating to the Fort. Several squads were able to rendezvous with one another and fight back, using all the armour they had to drive back to the beach, whilst infantry would rush and retreat advancing enemies to keep them at bay. The battlefield was long, but thin, giving air support an advantage. SU-25s strafed the beach, aiming for the limited numbers of tanks the enemy had at this moment. Anti-air stopped anymore jets from reaching the battle, and this was all we had, and a little more else where. The Green line, as it became known was given the kiss of life, the Khanese trump card in any engagement. The Rurniev A-80 Mobile Artillery Vehicle, an armoured vehicle capable of firing a round every 3.8 seconds, including SMART rounds. The 4 vehicles fired rythmicaly, bombarding up and down the line. This gave the men enough space to retreat back to the Fort, with artillery and air support, they defeated the imperial armour, but still remained out numbered. The artillery vehicles retreated back to the Fort to provide a massive field of fire atop the hill. The marines made defensive line in the shadow of the fort, backed up by tanks and anti vehicle troops. The soldiers watched the sparse woodland in front of it, waiting for the enemy to continue its march toward the fort.

1751 Waters South of Tesbineska.
Destroyers and cruisers made there way to the location of the Imperial navy, backed up by 3 battleships, Orion, Ares and Athena. They engaged the enemy, aiming for aircraft carriers and battleships, in a rush strategy known as the Adelphian Command Scatter. The 8 submarines that followed guarded the main fleet broke off in search of the anti-air vessels, sinking four of them within the hour. This gave a small window of opportunity to allow the 12th Paratrooper Platoon to land at the fort, and allowed attack helicopters to reach the defensive line. The Rystar' turned its main cannons toward the beach and released a salvo of shells from its 80 cannons onto the beach, not knowing if it hit anything. The Khanese army was now relying on its sublime artillery to turn this war in their favour.

"Oh shit! We got a chopper heading to our location with what looks like a ship following us."

"Max power to engines, go to the armory and bring a RPG with several rounds."

"Yes sir." Said the young crewman.

(Engine room)

"Bloody hell, how in the fuck could they need more power." Said Scotty Williams

He got on the radio and said, "if I push the engines any harder we could easily blow them. The bearings are already having trouble."

"I don't care, we need to escape quickly, we must preserve Democracy for Tesbineska."

"So do you suggest we blow the engines sky high and allow the navy trailing us to capture this ship?!" Said Scotty.

"Yes, but not hard, just up to 7,000 RPM's from 5,000 RPM's."

"Your fucking mad?! I can get maybe 500 more RPM's but not 2,000 RPM's. Our speed would be around 23 Knots. Even then sir, if we burn up the main bearings, the shaft will seize up." Said Scotty.

"Noted, now do as I ordered."

Slowly Scotty increased the speed so far so good as he checked the gauges.

(Bridge)

The captain saw the chopper draw closer in as he loaded the RPG. Hiding the weapon out of sight until the chopper got closer to the ship. Just the aircraft neared the deck he opened the bridge door, aimed the RPG at the chopper and fired hoping for a direct hit given the short distance.

"Sir, a squadron has vanished from radar."

"What, wait." The commander flicked a switch.

"They were attacked. Look, the tracking beacons contacted the ocean."

"Fuck, we need to radio this in and..."

"Sir!" Interrupted a young ensign.

"What?!"

"Look, there are a lot of dots on the radar, shit, landing craft!"

"Leave it to me."

The young ensign jumped over the station and got on the comm system to report it to General Yen.

Encoded message from Radar installation R-12....

Reading Transcripts...

Message to General Yen

Landing craft detected in route to the Southern beach. Numbers, unknown.

The message was short but it got the point across. The General knew what to do. He called several southern bases telling them to scramble all flyable fighters to destroy the landing party, another war was about to happen.

Approximately 120 MIG-2 multi-role fighters was air born in minutes. Another wave of 340 MIG-2 fighters was air born 20 minutes later. The pilots look in shock as the crafts were visible in the setting sun. The fighters dived, their four 50 caliber machine guns blazing at the crafts. Although the total Air Force was 1,230 MIG-2 fighters and 500 TU-2 heavy bombers, the general was careful not to use all of the resources.

After the general contacted the air bases, he ordered 20,000 soldiers and 340 T-20 main battle tanks and 12 Captured M1 Abrams tanks to set up defensive positions on the southern beach. More soldiers would arrive in the area soon. The defense would be hasty, taking about 40 minutes for the soldiers to arrive with the mismatch of artillery, some southern Tesbineskian, a few from the east. The crews would be the first to arrive and provide cover until the army got settled in. The General got into his Jeep and drove to the battle to set up a mobile HQ.

The remaining Southern forces still fought on despite taking casualties. They had nothing to lose, they knew the war was lost so the soldiers were trying to take as many people to the grave with them as possible. The tank crews had a sense of decency and surrendered. The soldiers chased after the enemy soldiers trying to kill as many as possible but to no avail, most were gunned down turning the sand red as blood from the bullet holes leaked blood. The scene was horrifying, almost every soldier lies on the beach dead, a few surrendered. The tank crews got out of their tanks and a few were playing cards and drinking, completely unaware to the battle winding down.

"This is Eagle-3 incoming warhead evade evade!" The clumsy looking Helix-C tried to evade the rocket but was hit in it's tail. "This is Eagle-3 we've been hit, lost control in the tail, we're spinning in!" "This is NSSS Reaper to fleet, ship has taken hostile actions, engage, I repeat engage." The Destroyers maxed out their speeds at 30 Knots to get close enough to use their torpedoes, but they also had huge cannons, and began firing at the boat. They also had 2 Moscit Anti Ship missiles, and began to engage also. On the NSSS reaper, the MI-28 Hinds, thinking their part in the war was over, took off to engage the merchant ship. They closed speed fast, and started to strafe it with 30mm cannon fire.

"Fire the missiles." Ordered the Captain.

Then a container opened up to reveal a Sea Sparrow Missile launcher. The launcher then fired at the destroyers. Several radar guided missiles shot at the ships.

"Hard to port." Ordered the Captain. "Then fire the frontal missile launcher."

"Sir, we are taking on water in the engine room, I will try to control the flooding, the pumps are working at compacity, we are fucked if we take another hit below the water line. I will patch the hole once I see it."

The captain got on the radio. "Alright, just keep the water down. If the compartment completely floods then seal up the compartment and leave."

"Aye sir!" Replied the radio.

"Get the frontal launcher ready. I want a few ships sunk before we sink!"

Then the frontal launcher was readied and fired a few more Sea Sparrow Missiles at the enemy ships. As various rounds hit the merchant starting a few fires, mostly on deck with some of the cargo.

"Now don't tell me we're being engaged by a merchant vessel, they must be hauling something or someone important." "Sir they fired missiles!" "Launch countermeasers!" The ships deployed chaff that blasted out off the sides of the ships. The missiles came through and one exploded right off one of the ships in the cloud of chaff, injuring nearby crew. "I WANT THAT VESSEL SUNK!" The destroyers got within firing range and launched their torpedoes and more missiles, as the Havoc helicopters and now the SU-34 fullback attack aircraft took off from the carrier nearby and proceeded to attack with the intention of overkill.

(Engine Room)
"Fuck, I told the captain to quit blowing holes in this ship!"

"Wait a tik, that's not normal. Mat, I got a drop in boost from the turbo in engine 2, it's at 4 PSI, it needs to be at 20!"

"Yes sir."

Then a loud bang echoed in the room.

"Fuck, engine two just locked. We have to reduce speed on engine one, cut to 3,000 RPM's, no damnit!" Yelled Scotty.

"Yes sir."

Young Mat climbed to the top of engine one and reduced the speed just as a massive hole ripped into the engine room. Soon the water was slowly rising even with the pumps working. As the ship creeked under the pressure the last engine threw a piston rod which shot out the side of the engine.

"Let's seal up this section and try to control the flooding." Ordered Scotty.

"Yes sir."

The engineers closed off the engine room as the noticed water was still comming in. Quickly the engineer got his radio to contact the captain.

"Sir, we just lost all engines, we are adrift, the hull is flooding and we can't seem to find the source."

"Close off cargo bay one and two, we got three torpedo hits. We can't save her but we can put on a distraction to...Eh fuck it, close off the cargo bay and join me top side." Ordered the Captain.

"Yes sir."

(Meahwhile)

As the black smoke slowly dissipated a hatch blew off on the deck in the stern due to the pressure of the rushing water. The stern was slowly getting lower as the hatch fell into the water creating a big splash. Then the two missile launchers targeted one of the destroyers and fired what was left. Six Sea Sparrow missiles shot off toward the lead destroyer attacking. As the top deck of the stern began to dip into the waves the water up toward the front counter acted the sinking. Soon after the electronics shorted out including the pumps as a series of small explosions shook the ship as the crew evacuated into life boats with the "cargo" the Southern President and his advosory staff. Yet the stubborn ship refused to sink, slowly it began to sink stern first as the front lifted from the ocean, revealing two big holes about 5 feet below the water line. After roughly thirty years of rust the hull was stressed to the limit, although the list was 12 degrees the hull sheered off almost exactly in half as the stern section tilted forward lifting the stern into the air as the bow section rose into the air as well. The two section were almost completly submerged when they hit the shallow ocean bottom and rolled again before resting on it side in roughly 60 feet of water. The crew safe in the life boats hoping the last six missiles had done any damage.

"Sir, some vehicles, planes and troops on our side had been destroyed by heavy enemy side! There are too much of enemy ground, anti-aircraft and aerial forces!"

"No signs of ships, aren't they?"

"No, sir."

"Deploy more tanks and planes! Use the Dreadnoughts, Aircraft Carriers and Cruisers! We will wipe out the enemies from the beach."

"Yes, sir."
----
BACK ON THE "BEACH"
More ships landed on the ground under enemy fire. Out of nowhere, Sudden Transports and Hover Tanks appeared on the battlefield from underwater, shooting their projectiles at the enemies. The troops' hair flew about the air, as unseen Stealth Fighters sped to the battlefield. In the open sea, undisturbed, the Dreadnoughts launched its Apocalypse Missiles towards the hostiles, while Cruisers continued scattering homing missiles towards any enemy jets approaching. Large amount of basic Imperial Warriors; Tsunami Tanks, Imperial MBTs and Wave-Force Artilleries, had also landed and started firing at enemy cannons and gunmen.

As the fighters tried to destroy the landing craft, some managed to land as the soldiers found what cover they could find to defend the beach as artillery shell of various sizes and types slammed into the beach. The T-20 tanks going against the enemy tanks. Yet the battle quickly turned. A few cities were in jepordy of being occupied if the defense failed. Within a few minutes the army was busy evacuating nearly 270,000 citizens from three cities.

"When will we get the reinforcements?" Yelled a field commander.

"They will arrive in a hour."

"An hour?! We are fucked as it is! Our air support is being picked off like nats to a flame!" Yelled the field commander.

"Be patent, you have artillery."

"Very well." Said the field commander.

"Hey, get some artillery on those tanks, they can't get through or at best stall them untill the cities are evacuated."

"Yes sir, training guns."

Then the various batteries of artillery fired at the various vehicles on the battle field as the army focased on the invading soldiers firing their AK-47's. Yet after thirty minutes no MIG-2 jets could be seen anymore as the field positions were being heavily bombarded. Most of the forces living up to the motto, never give up, never surrender. Yet now the soldiers were taking cover trying to draw out the battle long enough to get the cities evacuated.

"The cities are evacuated I repeat cities clear, General Yen is ordering you to fall back into the cities. We have new units snipers, perfect for the cities with all of the tall buildings."

"Yes sir, right away."

He got on the comm system, "All surviving units, fall back into the cities."

One by one the soldiers fell back into the cities leaving the beach. When the soldiers fell back the losses were heavy.

450 Fighers Downed
10 Damaged

12,450 Soldiers Dead
230 injured

200 T-20 Main Battle tanks Destroyed

3 M1 Abrams Main Battle Tanks destroyed

Yet a massive city was roughly 10 miles away from the three small cities, 3 million in population. This city was also being evacuated. Yet this city was somewhat specail, the Rind River ran through the middle making a natural battier. The General Immediatly ordered it to be heavily fortified. With only the genious that General Yen was, he devised a clever battle plan to stop the invasion in it's tracks.

"Abandon ship! We'll scuttle her later, get off now!" The leading pursuing destroyer's crew also got into life boats as the NSSS reaper came along and quickly rescued them. The SU-34 fullbacks from the Carrier came in and fired off their air to ground missiles at the ship. The Havocs deployed all of their flares and noticed the enemy lifeboats in the water. "We have hostiles overboard in life boats, unknown if they are armed." "Roger, hostiles in life boats, assume they have weapons, deploy the RIBS." The NSSS Reaper was rescuing their own crew members when the RIBS, small attack boats glistening with Kord .50 Machine Guns, PKM 7.62 Machine guns, and AGS-30 automatic grenade launchers, went out to apprehend the Tesbineskian crew.

As the boats arrived the crew floated in the old life boats as the captain lit a cigarette as the crew waited for the boats to get to their position. The cheif engineer took a swig from his metal flask before closing the cap and sliding it back into his pocket.
"Any ideas?" Asked the President.

"Just sit there and shut the fuck up!" Yelled the captain.

The President just stared at him blankly as the boat bobed helplessly in the surf.

THE BEACH
"This is taking too long! Dispatch the kamikaze units!"

As the Officer said, lots and lots of unmanned Sunburst kamikaze units suddenly appeared in the skies, looking as many as flocks of birds during migration. They crashed into random enemy targets on the beach. Gigaverse's troops, used to the smoke and fire created by these kamikaze units, passed through with ease.

"Men, ready your guns! We are going to take the cities! Destroy the communists enslaving average people!"

On the beach, Defender VX turrets had been placed in order to pacify the Tesbineskan communist forces. The men stayed there, shooting and shooting the enemies down.

The barricade outside the fort was silent. Men held their guns close to their chests. Everyone had a full clip, every vehicle was ready to fire and every artillery gun had its range. "This is Drone Tyman'. We have a large enemy force moving into the forest now. There is a heavy threat of heavy armour moving with them. Over." Major Juni cursed silently. "This does not jeopardise the plan. Hold those triggers. When you here those fucker's war cry, push the button." He took the radio off a troops backpack and called for the CAS squad. "That is a negetory, Major. We have to use this window to refuel and reload. We will be back in the air and on your position in ten minutes. Over." He clenched his teeth and dropped the radio. He picked up his A-91 and cocked the gun. The rest of the army followed. The sound of "banzais" and imperial chants was barley audible in the distance. He turned and nodded to an engineer. The engineer nodded back and flicked the switch on a detonator. There was a bang, followed by a mighty roar as fire ascended above the trees of the sparse coastal woodland. Incendiary explosives had set fire to the forest, drowning out the war cries with the sound of fire. "Tell the artillery squad they can open fire." As the radioman passed him, the Major grabbed his shoulder. "No pun intended."

Khanastan is an entirely fictional PMT nation somewhat similar to a larger, more free version of China. We are a massive federal representative republic of half a billion people with a self-sufficient, world-dominating economy. NS stats are not used. Use our Factbook instead.
Call me Khan. I've been here a while. I'm from Glasgow, Scotland. I think people should treat people like they want to be treated themselves. If you want to know more you're going have to buy me a drink or get to know me better, otherwise i'll stop being such a mystery.
Merry crisis one and all.

The RIBS arrived with the Hind attack helicopters flying overhead. As they got closer, all the weapons were aimed at the boats. One of the drivers got on a megaphone and sent a message to the Tesbineskian crew "Attention, you are being apprehended, should you resist you will be engaged. Put your hands in the air and make no sudden movements." One of the NSSS officers looked at his intelligence photos and recognized the one of the men in the lifeboat as the South Tesbineskian President. "Attention Shirard Azbindiz, we will personally see that you and your staff be tried fairly in a third party court system should you no longer be hostile."

The RIBS went into make the arrests, with the Hinds hovering close by and the NSSS Reaper now close enough to watch over the situation.

"Sir, we lost one of our sections going near the Khanese fort. We need to approach them with another strategy to protect our tanks! Only then would we capture this fort!" Said Private Mario.

"You have a point... Move back, move back! Start using the kamikaze tactics!"

Through the sounds of inferno and enemy artillery squad, a very large number of unmanned Sunburst drones appeared. Because the Generals knew the fort, heavily defended, would probably be firing so many projectiles they would turn the blue sky into black, has deployed as many of these units as possible. They targeted enemy barricade, defense forces and turrets. The toughest of them had nearly even reached the enemy command center within the fort.

"Nothing like the sound of kamikaze explosion in the morning." Said the Officer. "OK, men, open fire!"

Meanwhile, floating in the open sea, a new and improved, automatic Giga Fortress, carrying 20 Shinobis, escorted by 10 Jet Tengus, arrived on the beach where Gigaversal troops are fighting against the Tesbineskan communists. As the enemies started shooting, the Giga Fortress started retaliating with its Kami no Iki Cannon, allowing the Shinobis and Jet Tengus to join with the invading troops with taking the Khanese fort.

Brigadier General Dimitri Kurkov stood on the command deck of the Exxon Class Carrier Flagship and silently watched the Battle group Rattler 1-2 move towards Tesbineska. The fleet consisted of 4 Exxon Class Destroyers, 2 Exxon Class Minesweepers, 3 Exxon Class Anti Air Ships, 2 Exxon Class aircraft Carriers, 2 Opel Class Battleships, 1 Medical Ship, and almost 250 Heavy Landing Craft. Kurkov motioned for one of the helmsman to activate the radio, switching from encrypted to unecrypted radio signals. Dimitri was an experienced leader and he commanded the pride of Homeland Safeties Naval Forces, the "HSN Shepard II"

"This is Brigadier General Dimitri Kurkov commanding officer of Battle group Rattler 1-2. I have been informed by my command that a nation known as Gigaverse has secured a beachead, my fleet will be moving to the supposed coordinates and will be holding fire on any ships unless we are informed of hostile naval activity. We have a medical ship for any wounded soldiers and will help evacuate any battle casualties."

OOC: Sorry for the delay, computer problems...
Map of Tesbineska: http://www.lonelyplanet.com/maps/pacifi ... tralia.jpg

Yes I am using the map of Australia, I don't have the needed program to make my own. Anyhow to put the battle in perspective, the invading nation (sorry I am not so good at names) has captured the length of beach head and is nearing the cities of Great Ocean Road, Melbourne, and Snowy Mountains. The capitol is the capitol on the map. Now for the real post response.
IC:

General Yen studied the map. He knew it would be a major blow if the capitol fell this early in the war. Luckily the allied nation turned the capitol into a fortress so here was the chance to turn the war back and force a retreat. Thinking swiftly he noticed a problem, the eastern beach head was lightly guarded. Yet a counter-attack at the fort might be a winning battle. So quickly he contacted the proper people and planned the two pronged attack. 3,400 soldiers and 230 T-20 main battle tanks would attack the eastern beach head with artillery and air support as a munch larger force of 250,000 soldiers and 300 T-20 main battle tanks would reinforce the stronghold of Canberra also properly nick nammed "The Fort". The plan was put into action, the eastern attack comminced as the larger force performed a flanking attack as the allied nation defended Canberra. This attack had artillery support and limited air support. A squadron of three bombers went ahead of the advance and dropped 12,000 LBS of bombs on the enemy army. About 3 minutes later 250,000 soldiers and 300 T-20 main battle tanks attacked.
