Shadow of the Spectres REBOOT (OOC)

This is a reboot of an rp from a while back. It will center around the actions of elite operatives. This is a shadow war, no full scale invasions, bu that doesn't mean regulars and civilians wont get caught in the crossfire. If you want to join just post here, this is more for reaism and accuracy issues.

anyways the changes would be the locations and some plot tweaks, mainly just so the main focus is the shadow war and no internal conflict within each faction or country

you can't do it to yourself anyways, like i said; shadow war, plus car chases and some cliche action stuff, think of this like Full Metal Panic if you've seen that anime, minus the mechs

So I guess this will happen in Page? I'll give you some necessary background information. Vetega and I are continuing canon from a previous roleplay we just did. Both of us were just involved in civil wars, the Pagian civil war being the centerpiece of it that was a massive conflict between major world powers.

The monarchists emerged victorious over the fascists in Page. This can be set anywhere from a few weeks to a few months after the end of the Pagian war. The country is majorly devastated, there are Pagian and Vetegan troops there rebuilding and keeping order. King Daniel Riveri is the young ruler of Page who has been ruthlessly taking revenge on those who committed treason.

Page is a huge country, it sits on its own continental shelf and has a subarctic climate. It has three islands called Infinity, Andryand, and Upper Page. Infinity is a largely empty place (think like Greenland) and not much would happen there. Andryand is a small island and the capital (imagine it like Iceland but with huge cities) and then Upper Page is where most of the population lives and probably where this would take place. Think of it being about the size of all of Scandinavia, perhaps a little bigger and more populous.

each nation has its own agenda but may work alongside who ever, it just started so the lines aren't really drawn yet
