Let it be known to all who may inquire that the Federal Republic of Lolzieristan is more than willing to assist in any way, shape, or form in your quest to right the wrongs of the world at large. Though we are still politically unable to subordinate our forces to an international command in terms of military leadership, the Lolzi Armed Forces stand ready to provide whatever support they can. Such action will be guided on a case-by-case basis decided by myself and my closest advisers, but in most situations we promise at least one expeditionary corps supported by at least one carrier battle group, as per standard Lolzi doctrine. While we obviously reserve the right to refuse combat against our allies, we will stand side-by-side with your forces against any foe.

We also pledge humanitarian aid to whomever may require it. For this purpose, we have established the Federal Humanitarian Assistance and Nation-building Directorate (FHAND) to facilitate better cooperation with international aid establishments like yours. If at any time our contributions are required, be they military, economic, or simply rebuilding, the people of Lolzieristan stand ready. We would also be willing to host an international summit on the preservation of rights and standards of living within our capital, Lolzi City, with the Neo-Terran Alliance as a co-host.

Considering how much time has passed since the last message and when we finally found the one you sent back, I believe you need to be brought up to speed. President Seth has been dead for three years, I was his Vice-President. As standard military code states, I have inherited his post until his term is up. Of all the times that we could be contacted, this is a time where we need help the most and yet can not accept it. The majority of our peacekeeping operations resulted in a success for a time, but a number of unknown powers have countered our moves. Currently our war-machine has more or less spent the money it made from selling arms to allies and the need to grow is ever present. Reorganization has happened twice in the last two years, rapidly increasing our military strength and sapping funds. Now is the time where the market needs all the help it can get, everything is being channeled to holding ground.

Alas, we can't accept any kind of help as much of the fighting has gotten incredibly violent and confusing. It is near impossible to tell friend from foe and outside help will likely be accidentally shot down or perhaps sunk. Currency and food is in stable supply, but consumer goods are drying up at the moment. I suppose that is a way you could help, because the market is turning toward hard industry and that never works in the long term. Thankfully, fate has allowed us to continue our humanitarian causes as usual despite all these concerns. These will be the days where we find what kind of people we truly are.

In recognition of your requirements for non-military goods, we are more than willing to provide the initial funding to procure any needed items from Lolzi private industry. Up to $4,000,000,000.00 will be allotted in our emergency budget to purchase and ship these commodities. The vessels will be registered under the Lolzi flag, any nation who seeks to engage them in anti-shipping warfare will face the wrath of the entire Lolzi Armed Forces. If any specific goods are needed, please specify, otherwise we will seek to replenish the statistically largest shortfalls in your economy as compared to pre-war levels.

We have just stopped mourning our founders death a few months ago, but it reassures me that others feel our pain. I have news however that our heavy industries can stockpile spare resources over the next two or so years, which by then should be in ample numbers to pay back any costs the "lend-lease act" may cause. By then our farms, weapons designers and technology firms should be back to their normal overproduction rates. Thus we will have plenty of goods to trade overseas to cover any costs the hard industries didn't cover. I will send a long data stream of what is needed month by month and would expect the goods made in less then 45 days if possible. Speak to Vadia about their needs as well, they have more stockpiled resources to cover costs then we do and a less of a consumer industrial base.

There were two things that made the followers of the Enlightened One excellent soldiers. These things manifested themselves in full force once the fighting broke out again. They were the culture and the experience they had with conflict, these two things branched into hundreds of advantages in warfare. The experience meant that any battle strategy under the sun had been tested against them. They remember how each nation fought and how each of them had been beaten. There had been plenty of so called “warrior cultures” they had beaten, because they had not been adaptable enough to survive. The very nations that made themselves out to be the strong died out just like evolution said they would. It was ironic that very idea they claimed to stand for, proved that they were not fit to survive.

The concept of change or die was very much a reality in the culture of this religion/ belief system. They had been forced to change or die plenty of times, so far they still existed. Other cultures had been to oppressive to produce new ideas or accept change, they didn’t have the technology to win. Thus they were smashed, burned into ash, filtered down, and had their best features harvested. They had economies that didn’t last long and produced soldiers that were ether expensive or died quickly. That was the price they paid for their ignorance, the price was their own blood and destruction.Some had been too quick to make large armies, but the quality was so bad that they were killed in swarms easily. Some had made armies that were too small, they were surrounded and over time lost to many to replace.

It was true that war had been the fastest with the mostest, but quality could be intertwined to provide victory. So sides had been to slow to make proper militias or professional standing armies, they had been tribes or nations that more aggressive ones swallowed whole. However if you took them in and provided protection, they could focus on providing things other nations needed. Thus imperialism was made obsolete by simple symbiotic relationships between other nations.Some nations made armies out of the lowest of the low and they were nations to admire for that achievement. These nations were born in what was considered socialism, there was no such thing as what many called poverty. There was no lowest of the low to recruit from, just hoards of young men educated and raised from birth by the government.

The urban poor and farmers were not a source of soldiers, but ordinary people were more than willing to do their fair share when needed. That was when one advantage of the military system of old proved useful again; the wealthy or idealistic used the military as a way to gain renown. Future politicians had all been in the military, there was no such thing as ignorance of the frontline in Congress.Then came the reasons why they fought, never for land or riches nor petty politics. It was defense of what they believed in, the things that people would live and die for easily if given the word. The things that people would do anything to defend, things that were so basic that people could easily hate anyone who tried to take them away. The right to not be held in chains, the right to know the truth, the right to be fed, the right to meaningful work, and the right to worship.

They were not perfect soldiers, millions still died for these ideals so they could be continued on today. The graves were so many that there was no longer anywhere to bury anymore on the motherland. These soldiers had one last advantage over their enemies who seemed to be everywhere, even moreso now as they showed themselves.They had the advantage of controlled fervor. They would not risk their lives for nothing, only to prevent the deaths of others or to create great destruction of the traitorous fools they fought. Yet they were willing to die, if to save two or to shatter the web of venomous control the enemy made. When they died, they had already agreed that their bodies were to belong to people. If their organs were needed to save lives, if they were to be picked clean by friends for ammo, if they were to be stacked for cover or shelter in the extreme cold; if any of those things needed to happen, they saw no issue with it being done.

That was why they stilled lived as a people and why so many depended on them. As the losses were counted and the tears wept, they took comfort in what they fought for.So the guns were stacked high and the shifts clocked in day after day. This was the never-ending “war effort”, the constant struggle between good and evil. Blood from both sides would need to be continually spilled for the good of all and the Terrans took that burden willingly. They could not paint more than propaganda, nor poetry or songs of much but war and sometimes time. They could not feel the same plentiful emotions, but all the same pains were theirs to feel. Yet, if closure was needed after a long day of fighting or working in the factory; the people they protected made up for it all. Those people could paint and feel, they could know things they would never understand. They as human beings and distant brothers were worth this tiring existence. They were always worth it and always would be forever; so long as the sun was intact it would be so.

A "shock-trooper", is a mechanized soldier holding high caliber weapons, superior equipment, and having spent a longer time in the military. Shock-troopers commonly have a warrior-like chest symbol, extremely good health, and a talent for something having to do with combat. All shock-troopers are allowed to use "special circumstance" material under conditions their commanding officers see fit.

Losses have been projected at 3,000 soldiers this week for all Vadian forces. Overall losses are at 27,000 soldiers, with almost 50,000 more from auxiliaries. Said heroes have not died in vain, civilians are overall still safe and enemy losses are to high to even count at the moment. Somewhere between 100,000 to 130,000 hostiles have been eliminated. Long live the fighters.

A report from the front

For the most part, T-55s are the majority of what we face in a number of sectors. T-62s and T-64s are manned in the elite sections of some rouge nations or terrorist groups. All of these tanks are harmless to AT units or tanks, paper-thin almost. They have killed some men in cased where we were caught off guard or our light armor was undefended. This happened mainly when the fighting started, but hasn't happened since for the most part.

A few Imperialist powers have large numbers of T-72s in their usage and for the most part they aren't a threat ether. Air-support and longer range weapons has prevented much of a confrontation of our respective tanks. In cases where we were caught off guard, a single shot opened them up and cased the ammo to light.

Losses have been almost nothing for our armor units and unbearably high for our opponents.
We have seen AKMs, G3s, FALs, AK-74s, M16s, AK-103s, Ak-101s, and the many versions of them that exist out there. Body armor is overall of poor quality of our opponents, most the time it’s not even used at all. Losses however could be better as we are constantly attacked from random points and with numbers we are not used to.

The goods you provided during this era of hardship proven useful and thus our nation was able to expand overseas a number of it's corporations. The outside world is stocking up on your goods and the very allies we protected are also huge customers. A number of countries have been able to pay back loans we made to them, as they didn't fall to the onslaught, and thus we have already paid back 10% of the debt in this past month. At this rate we should make up the total debt, plus interest, in a matter of 16 monthes or less. Seth has been dead for over two years ago and I am still finishing up his term. As such I would remind you that NTA member states are in two categories, one which is Eternal and one which is known as Legal. You're nation can file legal papers and become part of the NTA, but you're military will not merge with the other Eternal states. This is good news for a nation like yours that recently entered a period of stability and isn't going to give up full control of it's culture, just to merge into another one.

I can however provide you with support, but it's going to need something on your part. We can start by providing humanitarian support and working our way into getting you into a protectanet, when you are strong enough to project force you will become the first Legal member.
