Sorry if it's too late to join the game, or if my country doesn't fit the criteria, being non-capitalist and dealing with a struggling economy, but as most of my country's expenditures goes towards education and the sciences, I feel it would be a plausible scenario to insert a few individual highly intelligent, highly trained Zanzibarnians, who may or may not be working for someone with his own ulterior motives, assigned to the programs of other spacefaring countries, as a symbol of "international cooperation and the non-partisan spirit of discovery."

cooperate with me! i am also non capitalist with a struggling economy (at least it WAS until 5 minuets ago when my issues got passed....), but my people are not full of great minds, so we need foreigners to come in and aid our program.
