Dh'arco Jukill, fellow Lord of Gholgoth, your concerns are well. The Imperium Antiquum, although a member of the Yohannesian Commonwealth, could not commit itself to the "Imperial Declaration of Open Border Policy" as it found its aggressiveness misplaced. In that respect, the Imperium Antiquum has committed itself to protecting the sovereignty of foreign nations, much like that of Milograd, which the "Imperial Declaration of Open Border Policy" threatens. That I can promise as a Head of State and common individual.

However, I find your condemnation of the entire Allied Nations Treaty Organisation, a leaf in the wind. While a condemnation of the Yohannesian Commonwealth would be justified and possibly well backed for the reasons you gave, you seemed to have derailed by coming here and spreading your words of defiance. The Allied Nations Treaty Organisation is in no way pressured politically by the Yohannesian Commonwealth. If the Imperium Antiquum, as a member of both the ANTO and Yohannesian Commonwealth, can stand against the ruling of the "Imperial Declaration of Open Border Policy" and swear to stand beside harassed nations to protect them, I can strongly say that the political pressure is minute, if nonexistent. So I would imagine it is best to withdraw your condemnation of ANTO, and look solely on the Yohannesian Commonwealth if it pleases you.

But, Dh'arco Jukill, with something precious about to be handed to you on a silver platter by the Capitol Police hordes, I'd advise leaving all other matters to one side. Especially, with those who fight in the corner of Milograd.

To the leaders of the D'Dareian Imperium, I bid you haste to answer this most recent missive. As you know, military hostilities have been preordained by the command of my late father. However, military maneuvers will not commence for another fifteen hours. There is still time to salvage this crisis for the good of the Allied Nations Treaty Organization. With the military might of the Crown Republic and her allied partners, you know as well as I that any war between us would end in a cataclysm for the region of Adrastos. The Azuran Caileanist State is not in the business of causing such havoc wantonly, or without cause. Therefore, we offer you this final attempt to reach a peaceful settlement, despite our claims of a aggrieved status. The Grand Cailene Crown Republic of New Azura is prepared to withdraw its forces, which are at present preparing to enter the territorial waters of Adrastos, and pledge not to redeploy them against the National Socialist City of Cologne. Further, we will pledge to recognize the sovereignty of the D'Dareian Imperium's claim of jurisdiction over Cologne henceforth. In exchange, the Crown Republic makes the following three demands: first, the Imperial Legion of the Primacy must be permitted to personally inspect and dismantle the military apparatuses of the National Socialist City of Cologne with the full participation and cooperation of the military forces of the D'Dareian Imperium. All armored vehicles, naval vessels and aircraft shall be privily dismantled, while all artillery pieces, weapons, and ammunition shall be shipped wholesale to the D'Dareian Imperium. All foodstuffs and medical supplies currently stocked by the Cologne Armed Forces will be henceforth distributed in equitable fashion to the People of Cologne. It shall be the sole responsibility of the D'Dareian Imperium to defend Cologne, who shall be remanded from having a standing military so long as it remains a Dependency of your nation. This condition shall be carried out jointly with peaceful intent, and will preclude a shooting war from breaking out in Adrastos.

Second it will be the responsibility of the D'Dareian Imperium to monitor and take responsibility in the future for any and all threats made by the National Socialist City of Cologne, and it will be the sole responsibility of the D'Dareian Imperium to integrate the former military personnel of Cologne into its own ranks, under its sovereign command. The D'Dareian Imperium, in taking this enormous and costly action, shall be made aware of the responsibilities which arise from the territorial conflicts generated by the National Socialist City of Cologne. Finally, the D'Dareian Imperium will recuse the National Socialist City of Cologne from all activities of the Allied Nations Treaty Organization, effective immediately. Having made punitive threats to the Free Republic of Lamoni, the Grand Cailene Crown Republic of New Azura, and the Yohanesian Crown Commonwealth Realms, the National Socialist City of Cologne has disqualified itself from membership and participation in this forum, or any associate forums. An answer to this treaty must be lodged within fifteen hours, to avoid unpleasant eventualities. If the National Socialist City of Cologne or the D'Dareian Imperium fires on any Imperial troops, before or after the ratification or rejection of these terms, then the parameters of said treaty will be considered null and void.

We feel that as the aggressor, Cologne must pay the price for their doomed policies. While we support the military option proposed by the Crown Republic, we would like to also remind the National Socialist City of Cologne that a peaceful solution can still be found.

Regarding the actions of the D'Dareian Imperium, we would like to inquire as to why this issue was undertaken solely by your government, when it was clearly an issue facing ANTO as a whole. Your threat to attack any troops of the Crown Republic is entirely unecessary, considering the situation, which all began with threats from Cologne. Attacks on fellow member nations is forbidden by the ANTO Charter according to Article 3.

We would like to ask in the future that you refrain making such threats against fellow alliance members.

However, because of New Celisia's position, and that of Adrastos, I'm afraid that I can no longer justify working ICly with them because of the problems with continuity. I don't appreciate what was said, and was quite hurt, but that's beyond the point. It is not fair, nor proper of me to go about demanding New Celisia leave ANTO. So in the interested of fairness to Celisia and the rest of the membership, I'll withdraw from the group in order to keep the peace.
