Alborio Needs new Vaccines

To the world,

The Holy Despotism of Alborio is in need of new vaccines for diseases. Some vaccines were banned due to safety concerns and others were simply unattainable. Now that further research has proven greater safety we ask for new vaccines to give to our young children. We are looking for

*Influenza Vaccine
*Small Pox
*Mumpsvax (mumps)
*Rubella
*Malaria
*Tick-borne encephalitis

These are growing problems among the population.

After the 2010 Incident, at which point Alborion medical commision honoured doctor, AP-Dr. Joseph R. Albin, was imprisoned due to his practice of abortion; Alborio was placed on a list of embargoed states. In the three years time span, the President has changed, I, however, have not, and was picked to once again be the Minister of Health. This has put me in a bad situation; Minister of Trade, Sir Blake Defforrest, has stated that he will classify Alborio according to my verdict.

Luckily, I have grown wiser over the three years and the long, ugly, course of the Ghothic War. I have decided to agree with the Federal Parliament's judgement on the case to cease the embargoe and I am willing to allow medical supplies, funded by the Health Ministry, be shipped to Alborio. In accordance, we will monthly supply enough free vacinations and medical supplies for two million Alborions.

If the Federal Parliament will allow, we may dispatch a Mercy-class hospitale ship, Conrad, to help personally vaccinate the population. It is a sad thing to know that other parts of our world are in need of medical supplies that the Imperial Republic takes for granted. When it comes to the individual people of a country, the government's past decisions no longer matter and we will do whatever we can do, within our reach, to aid and help as many as we possibly can.
