OOC: What we should probably do right away is to find a way to turn the populations we have into numbers of our military. I once played on a thread where this wasn't implemented at the start and it resulted in a big noob/godmod war towards the end.

2%, I believe, is usually accepted as the war-time maximum. And that is assuming there's a draft and not professionally-trained volunteers.

Also, I suggest we turn this into the OoC thread for the war thread. Little use for this now.
