You have the gall to write an official declaration of this. Why would you parade this about, unless you wanted to be glassed? At least have the decency to not show off that you are clearly breaching common law and understanding.

Furthermore, exactly how does the nation decide who is gay? A gaydar? Do you force your citizens to reveal their sexual preference and then corral them up based on that? Do you realize that there is no efficient way to determine sexual preference?
