Hey so I was researching. Do you guys think we should have an IAEA for those of us going nuclear? That includes nuclear energy, nuclear science and studies, and nuclear weapons...possibly idk IAEA is mainly energy and science. IAEA stands for International Atomic Energy Agency. And I figure after my first nuclear meltdown probably spreading to the west...don't worry it will be on the border of Italy so not much is gunna happen...but after that meltdown we could create the agency. What do you guys think? Oh and the nuclear meltdown will be a minor one. Nothing compared to Chernobyl or Fukushima although, the area around the power plant i had the accodent at ,will be unliveable for 20 years. I will hold the same standards as Chernobyl after the accident before it closed down. Workers have shifts of 8 hours a day and then go on break for 2 months. I made it two months since they are working 8 hour shifts where as Chernobyl was 5 hour shifts and break for a month.

If every single player has nuclear weapons, it kinda breaks down the international order and removes any influence that the leaders of the respective blocs might have over their follower nations. If you'd like nuclear weapons, then you should look to become a leader in the international order, or convince your leader that you should be the one to possess nuclear weapons.

Also could we throw in some tension in the Cold War? Like some one opening silos and another doing the same and it's like a check mate for both and no one fires but tensions rise. And some how the crisis is averted via special ops team or leader changing mind or something?

Not one nuclear weapon, but only one state with nuclear weapons. Yes, I know that the UK and France also had nuclear weapons since the US didn't exercise nearly the amount of control over its allies that the USSR did, but neither country was too keen on their followers gaining weapons. It's also interesting with the rise of China and India as nuclear powers, as each country could be seen as bloc leaders. China as the leader of the dissident communists, and India as the leader of the Unaligned movement.
