In order to acquire land from someone, you must ask for it, if they decline you must be respectful of their wishes, if they do give you their plot of land you must TG me immediately so I can make it official. However if the nation ceases to exist, land becomes free until that person comes back and it will be automatically given back.

So basically if you ask, you shall receive, if they leave the land becomes free and anyone can acquire it, hmmm I always enjoyed France, and Germany. Anyway those are the rules. It's really long so I didn't write the whole rule sorry.

Bullet proof limousine my ass! The only thing that was "officially" bullet proof was a snipers helmet with that 3 inch or less thick steel plate at the front....other then that you had armored vehicles and those were not bullet proof unless it's a tank or half track. Eisenhowers jeep was armored but not bullet proof and the top was open too! Hitlers car....armored, had double glass on all his windows to slow down and maybe in rare cases stop a bullet but no he was stil vulnerable and his top was open too!
