"...uhh...yea, the elections are coming late because the Assembly voted for, as many know, without national approval of a new election system which they claim will fully represent the billions who live in our nation...uh...they also have released details on how this system will work and it seems practical, here is what they released so far..."

...the new system works quite different from the old system, it gets rid of the old system of a fixed number of representatives and instead relates the number of representatives to the amount of votes said political party gains in the elections. We dub this system "The Direct Representative Democratic Process"...
