  The Milogradian Empire had historically been acknowledged by the nineteen countries and the nineteen corresponding Yohannesian governments as an imperial rival of Yohannesia and Her global ambitions of free trade, economic multi-national and trans-national integration and the divine right of interventionism.
  
  When the Milogradian Empire fell, the rivalry was, de-facto, gone. However, the rise of Dh'arco Jukill had seen the potential rise of a nation which was once regarded as Yohannesia's foremost multi-national imperial rival and itself stood alongside the rank of the world's many great economic, diplomatic and military powers.
  
  Although it is without a question nor doubt that the isolationist and economically stunted Milograd of the present is but a shadow of it's glorious imperial past; the lingering feeling and paranoia of Yohannes' various high politicians prevent the formation of a more friendly relationship with Dh'arco Jukill's present government. A unified recognition and common sense of the fact that the Milograd of today poses none a threat to the Crown Commonwealth of Yohannes in Gholgoth and Her Commonwealth Empire and realms around the world are not present at all.
  
  Thus, even up to the present, the Imperial government do still uphold it's official governmental-issued banning of various Milogradian and Dh'arconianism related cultural and political parties throughout the nineteen countries in Gholgoth. However, such a unified and centralised course of action and policy, realistically, cannot be implemented nor enforced throughout Yohannes' vast imperial holdings overseas; colonies, dominions, protectorates, dependencies and de-facto client states which aligned themlseves to His Majesty's Government and the Crown in Gholgoth.
  
  Thus, various iterations of Dh'arconianism-inspired, and even in some cases (quite disturbingly indeed), Dharconian and Milogradian-backed and supported cultural and political parties, may be observed easily throughout the overseas realms of His Majesty's Government and the Crown Commonwealth of Yohannes.

Hereon a series of events pertaining to and relating to the history of the Dh'arconian ideology are listed in chronological order:

¤ November, 1602 - Vashk Hanzka, a Hunenic warlord, launches a series of conquering campaigns along the southern coast of Milograd. A series of communes are established within his claimed territories.

¤ June 9th, 1611 - Vashk Hanzka publishes the literary piece "Dh'arconia Coven" which essentially outlines the basic tenets and beliefs of modern Dh'arconian Thought.

¤ May 14th, 1614 - The initial Dh'arconian missionaries travel the world to spread that ideology which had become popular in Milograd.

¤ August 1st, 1615 - Vashk Hanzka passes away in his sleep.

¤ Summer, 1618 - Dh'arconian missionaries arrive in Jagada.

¤ May 23rd, 1621 - "The Milogradian Establishment" is declared, establishing the laws of the Milogradian Empire. Many aspects of the Dh'arconian ideology are mentioned or endorsed in this document.

¤ 1920 - Dh'arconianism re-emerges in Tyrannia, but quickly falls back into unpopularity.

¤ June 3rd, 2005 - Duke Windburn IV, a Dh'arconian, becomes the ruler of Dukopolious.

¤ September 26th, 2009 - Kaiserin Aleit I legalizes Dh'arconianism in Premislyd and establishes the Imperial Dh'arconian Party (IDP). The IDP merges with the Black Hand, and the latter becomes the security wing of the party.

¤ November 4th, 2011 - A car bomb is detonated in the Izzyshipper capital of Vinera, killing a driver and injuring Queen Sophia. The League of Nationalist Dh'arconian Reformers claims responsibility for these attacks.

¤ Dec 27th, 2011 - The World Assembly Security Council passes its 77th resolution, "Condemn Milograd." The resolution condemns Milograd's actions, all of which were prompted by Dh'arconian beliefs.

¤ January 4th, 2012 - The IDP gains the majority of seats in the Reichstag, former Black Hand leader Klaus von Maier is named Chancellor of the Second Empire.

¤ February 26th, 2012 - Klaus von Maier, backed by the Black Hand, launch a coup, overthrowing the Imperial government. Kaiserin Aleit I flees to Riemaia while her cabinet is executed. Klaus von Maier proclaims the creation of the "People's Democratic Union". The IDP is renamed the "People's Nationalist Party" and many members of the Black Hand are executed.

¤ March 22nd, 2012 - The laws of Leasath are replaced with an entirely new set of laws that adhere to Dh'arconianism after seven days of discussion among the legislature of Leasath.

¤ April 1st, 2012 - The new Dh'arconian regime in Premislyd issues a series of condemnations of Milograd, trying to distance themselves from the state and changing views on Dh'arconian Thought as a whole.

" I'd think it would be around Winter in 1677 because 1644 is only shortly after they arrive in Yohannes, which is much closer to Milograd, and at the time it would take far longer to reach Dukopolious

October 17th, 1998 - Klaus von Maier assumes control of the Black Hand, promises a "new reign of terror"

January 23rd, 2003 - The S.M.S Adeluf is attacked 8 sailors die with 20 injured. Black Hand claims responsibility for the attack.

September 26th, 2009 - Kaiserin Aleit I legalizes Dh'arconianism and establishes the Imperial Dh'arconian Party (IDP). The IDP merges with the Black Hand, whom the latter becomes the "Security" wing of the party.

January 4th, 2012 - The IDP gains the majority of seats in the Reichstag, former Black Hand leader Klaus von Maier is named Chancellor of the Second Empire.

February 26th, 2012 - Klaus von Maier, backed by the Black Hand, launch a coup, overthrowing the Imperial government. Kaiserin Aleit I flees to Riemaia while her cabinet is executed. Klaus von Maier proclaims the creation of the "People's Democratic Union". The IDP is renamed the "People's Nationalist Party" and many members of the Black Hand are executed.

April 1st, 2012 - The new Dh'arconian regime issues a series of condemnations on Milograd, trying to distance themselves from the state and changing views on Dh'arconian Thought as a whole.

Winter, 1756-Dh'arconian missionarires arrive in Gothic Aldarminia.

January 17th, 1759-The Aladamian Monarchs of Aldarminia sign the Removal of the Dh'arconian Abominations Pact, outlawing Dh'arconianism and sentencing Dh'arconians to death.

January 17th, 1769-The Ten Year Anniversary of the Removal of the Dh'arconian Abominations Pact is marked by the Oglastasrak Dh'arconian Massacre and the Anhavirnjogr Dh'arconian Uprising. Both incidents are found to be the work of the Lost Dh'arconokhil, a secret pro-Dh'arconian group.

March, 1769-The Reactionary Slaughter Campaign is waged by Gothic Aldarminia's monarch, Draughnrik III, on all thought-to-be Dh'arconians. The exact numbers or even verifiable estimates cannot be found, but the general consensus is that tens of thousands were killed in the Campaign.

December, 1941-The Great Famine leads the Monarchs all throughout the Aldarminian Empire to mass murder to help save food. Dh'arconians are made one of the target groups for "omission".

June 3rd, 1974-Totalitarian Kaydher Reidakht enacts the Justified Oppression, Internment, and Destruction of Dhh'arconianism Policy. It's the last Aldarminian policy explicitly pertaining to the Dh'Arconian Thought. Some still consider it in de facto effect.

You could actually add onto this point, saying; "Dh'arconianism has since grown in Kylarnatia, and many members of the Imperium High Command and the Caesar herself are said to be fond of Dh'arconianism, though only some have openly supported it at present. Major Opposition Groups to the ideology have also developed, the majority among the Populi Aula."

Dh'arconianism had came to Kardelia at 1777.Kardelia back them was divided to city-states.Duke Edward Watson from the city of Jattaria,had adopted Dh'arconianism as part of his policy to pacify the region.First thing he did was to close the borders of his city but before he do this he invaded and sacked many towns nearby along the river Dane,beyond the river his power was non-existent.Despite the years of peace had came to his duchy many city states thought that he might be preparing for a war to conquest all Kardelia so a coalition of cities was formed to invade his duchy but not before he manged to convice few democratic cities to join him up and he built up a greater military and thus the 4th Kardelian War had begun.The conclusion ended with a draw but despite this draw the Duke was executed and the coaltion forces lost lots of men.Many other cities which did not participate the war but inspired by both sides found a middle way to Dh'arconianism.Kardelia will be an open society but it will follow a non-interversionist policy(just as US did)at all costs,the open society term is by trade etc but not politics and war,but it has its bad issues too.For example if a private company had commited crimes outside the country but not within they will not be prosecuted,that issues hits mostly the Slaver Guild within Kardelia but that its an other issue.Another war had broke out that wanted to stop the Kardelian non-interversionist policy,the 7th Kardelian War of 1951,the Dh'arconianist supporters fought against some rebels & their US allies who wanted to built military bases and a corrupted regime but that costed the US sanctions towards their goods which they became increasingly illegal and Kardelia found new and cheaper patners to trade with!
