They'd have to be a capitalist ( or at least a mixed economy) state in order to have communist rebels.

I'm guessing most of them will be forcefully dragged in or will be attacked, because its just not fun to just say "I DECLARE WAR ON YOUR COUNTRY BECAUSE YOU GUYS ARE BAD!!!" Also, my counting may be off, for I once counted to 7. Its hard to get to 10. Anyway, how many people will we stop at, because its getting really crowded for a singe city battle.

Well, compared to the designs used in most other FT franchises, WH40K armor and airplanes look very PMT. The Thunderbolt looks more dieselpunk than anything, though.
